Hooters

Meh, it’s Hooters. Not spectacular, but it is what we expected. Our waitress was training, and she was just fine. The food was typical. We have been to several Hooters and this is what we expected.

No wonder there’s only 4 tables in here on football Sunday. when there are 15 tvs in one room and a simple request of watching two different games can’t be met and we are told by a a manager «No. We’re only doing one team you want». Service is never good. And the food is never fulfilling either. Oh. and the same manager is sitting behind the bar eating instead of taking care of the guests needs.
Like I said. no wonder no one comes here to watch football.
Not coming back.

Not Fashion Valley by any means! Hooters food is less than mediocre, and the understaffed girls here are less attractive, overworked, and less friendly because of it.

If you come here enough the ladies begin to recognize you and welcome you as if you’re family.
Ask for Amy, Naomi, Fancy Nancy, and Casey… all superb in customer service and sarcasm (they’re manager, Elizabeth, is a lot of fun too). If you can’t handle a feisty, sarcastic bartender then you shouldn’t come here. These ladies know what we expect and don’t care for shenanigans.
One star missing due to lack of personnel appropriate for number of patrons; I feel — and it looks — like this store is understaffed.

Service was not that good but usually most hooters I’ve gone in so cal have not been. Good was delicious. Drinks were good. Although the lady did not card my friend and I. Pretty sure you’re suppose to. Our waitress asked if we’re ready to order our food after we ate our appetizer. Forgetting she already placed it. –_​– then as we almost just about done. Then finally asked how was everything. And now her we are done. Not once asked if we need anything else. Hmmmm… Definitely wouldn’t bring my services back here.

I ordered 20 wings Hooters «classic» style breaded with hot sauce and blue cheese for takeout. Took it home and opened the bag, 20 wings without sauce and Ranch… fail

If I could give a zero I would. Madison was very nice and apologetic. Service was slow. Real slow and it was not even busy. I ordered a drink and they forgot about me and then it was someone’s birthday and all the servers had to stop what they were doing to go do some ratchet stuff that wasn’t even funny. The birthday could have gotten hurt especially if they had been drinking. Asked if I could split my check, brings back one receipt. Everyone just keeps walking by. Now they got hula hoops. Seriously GTFO. My second time here. WONT EVER BE BACK EVEN IF WAS FREE! Go to Buffalo Wild Wings. Unprofessional, not clean, servers are unaware. Save your money. 2 ½ stars for a reason. Surprised even that high.

The food was fine, the mixed drinks were very weak and the service takes forever! The day I went was not busy at all and the servers were just messing around. They took about 20 to 30 minutes to bring our order which was only 3 items for the whole table. Not a very pleasant experience for my first and last time there.

My husband and I went with some friends to Hooters last weekend. I had never been so I was kind of excited. What a let down this place was.
The girls were nice. Sure. They have to be.
The problem is, when we went, it wasn’t even busy and it was taking them FOREVER to do anything. I’m a patient person. I’m understanding if its busy.
But there couldn’t have been more than 6 tables seated and everything took a lifetime. Giving us water, taking our order, getting it to us…
Hell, it took them at least 20 minutes just to grab our bill off the table. They seem to just joke around with each other and goof off rather than do their jobs.
The food was disgusting. I ordered chicken strips and they were practically shaped like straws. They were so overcooked and so greasy that I actually went home with a stomach ache all night. My husband liked the fried pickles apparently, that was the only positive thing about that night.
I won’t be going back.

We took our son for his birthday yesterday. The food was good, but most impressive to me was the service. Our server was Nancy and she was great. She was friendly, professional and very accommodating. I don’t see service like this very often, so I have to giver kudos!!!

I made constant eye contact with the girls because I wanted to make sure they knew I was not there to exploit their looks. Besides, they all had such pretty eyes. Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha. That’s why it’s called Hooters right? Because owls have such big eyes? Lame humor.
Walking in I waited for someone to seat me. It didn’t happen. My brother followed me in and pointed out the sign that reads, «seat yourself». I didn’t see it because I was making, «eye contact» only! Apparently, I’m missing out on quite a few signs these days because I’m too busy «being a gentleman», right?
Beer and wings. Good and good. I liked them both. The service was good and everything was fine. Just fine.

So I came in towards the end of the fight and tried to order from Isabella and she cut me off and said she couldn’t take anymore orders. So I asked if she could get someone else to put it in (shrimp and 2 beers not the whole menu). She cut me off and said she couldn’t put anymore orders in. I even told her I would pay her right away if that’s the issue. She walked away and never came back. I flagged down Mackenzie and she put my order in and brought everything right away and I paid right away. Then my male friends joined at the table next to me and Isabella proceeds to take their orders and continues to serve them…

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Literally the worse service I have ever had. After sitting down it took about 10 min to get our drink orders… Then it took no joke about 15 minutes after that to take our food orders. After about 15 minutes my wife’s side Ceasars salad was brought out, they didn’t give us any utensils yet.
After waiting another 10 minutes they bring the rest of the food out along with utensils. Everything was going better Until we finished our food, it took another 15 minutes to order a second round of wings. That’s when all hell broke loose. It took literally 30 minutes for our wings to come out, and they weren’t even the right ones! I asked for a togo box for my wife’s food and also the bill and doing so seemed to have a flipped a switch on Madison. When she gave us the bill she didn’t say anything and when she took my card and returned it she never said anything not even a thank you or an apology for the fact that the food took forever. Or even a have a nice night. She just kept walking past us almost intentionally ignoring us.
We were there for literally 2 hours… We didn’t even drink a drop of alcohol… i still can’t believe how bad the service was.

This place really sucks, big time, chicken wings are horrible, Albertsons supermarket chicken wings are way more tasty, the worst place I have ever eaten. Not worth the 40 dollars I spent here, not to include the tip for the waitress.

Worst Hooters I’ve ever been too. Went for the chargers, raiders game a while back and was met with the most egregious service ever. Walked into the place and wasn’t greeted by anyone even though there were 10 employees huddled around a manager not but 30 feet from the entrance. They all just stared at my group like dear in head lights.
It took 20 minutes to get a beer and their bacon cheeseburger gave 3 people in our party food poisoning including myself.
As far as brestaurants go I wouldn’t waste time with this place unless you want dysentery.

There are a few areas I didn’t like about this location when I visited here for the first time today, the outside looks really nice though since they have their office right next door. I came here around 2:30pm for the March Madness game and though this place would be semi packed, but it was pretty dead, only 2 waitresses and probably about 10 customers, 3 at the bar area.
1) The bar area is not big enough, probably only have 6 or 7 seats.
2)The TVs at the bar aren’t big enough, one of them was kind of in black n white for some reason.
3)Their kitchen is literally right behind the bar area, I sat at the bar right next to the section where the food was ready to be served to the customer, I found that kind of strange cuz u never know who might put something on your food if the person sits there is drunk and mess with your food.
4)Their WiFi signal was on and off when I was there.
I m sure if I come here during a busy night, it would better my overall experience.

Cue intro music to Cheers…“Sometimes you want to go where everybody knows your name, and they’re always glad you came”.
This was my regular hangout for sports games with the guys and to grab a quick bite to eat.
Although not the healthiest, the food is great with a wide selection of burgers and sandwiches. The buffalo chicken and western BBQ burger would have to be my favourites.
There’s a full bar and you always get great service. What better way is there to enjoy a game with good food and some of the best sights California has to offer!

I visited this location with my husband and some friends to watch the College National Championship Game: Ohio State Buckeyes vs. Oregon Ducks.
We absolutely loved the atmosphere and service that we received from Heidi.

We headed here for all you can eat wings for $ 12.99 today and to celebrate National Wing Day!!! Started off with yummy daytona style, then moved to general tso’s and finished off with garlic parmesan. Our server, Grace was a doll, attentive and kept our cups full and the wings coming!
Great wings and customer service for a cheap price:)
