I go to this salon every year for the end of season pampering. It used to be a nice, courteous, clean and cheerful place. This experience was quite the opposite. A zero score would be too high.
First the massage chairs were broken and no one would even explain why, or try to help you with that. It would work for 3 minutes and stop. Asking about it only seemed to put them off completely.
The young girl who helped my daughter was extremely rude and couldn’t put her phone down long enough to remain focused. Huffed and puffed when my daughter had to use the bathroom and made her wait for 5 minutes and scolded her for not finding the paper towels to dry her hands. I mean, why treat customers like that? This was beyond having a bad day. No eye contact, lack of communication and sour puss faces will never win anyone over. Especially not me!

A pretty lackluster experience. No one smiled at my mom and I when we walked in. The place wasn’t very clean and the furniture was old and dingy. We were down the shore on vacation and it was a rainy day so we popped in without an appointment. There was no wait so that was good. I had a gel manicure and regular pedicure which was $ 48. I pay $ 60 at home so I saved a few bucks! I wouldn’t come back just because it was not very clean or welcoming, but my nails look decent enough.

I’m not super picky but this nail salon was awful. I’ve been to way less fancy ones in ocean city and received way better service. My manicure was rushed and she forgot to give me a massage. She also never even filed my broken nails. My pedicure was rushed and the massage was pathetic.

The woman cut open my toe while giving me a pedi and blamed my cuticles. Not even an apology was offered. Just some blue stuff thrown onto my toe and they wouldn’t tell me what it was.

Horrible customer service. My gel manicure smudged so I asked her to re do it and she got so mad, I said the customer Is always right and she said she’s always right. Do not go there! The absolute worst nail place I’ve ever been to, I can’t explain to you how bad it was

Wish I could give 0 stars! I went for a simple manicure and was baffled by the horrible service. My manicurist was distracted the entire time and rushed through my service. She often was yelling and making faces at me. My nails were filed unevenly and some were left diagonal. Some of the components (i.e. cut and lotion) were only done to one hand. Sometimes she even missed my nails. When it came time to paint, she rushed through and missed sections of my nails. Also, she went over the cuticle and onto the skin on almost every finger. I could not believe that I paid $ 13 for something I could have done better for myself. I will not be returning!

Very relaxing. Great job on French gel nails & pedicure. Would have liked a better massage with pedicure. Good overall.

This place was really crowded when I went with my daughter on a rainy day. The equipment for pedicures is nice, the massage chairs are great. Staff is friendly, just felt really rushed and my mani/​pedi was fine — not the worst, not the best. I would probably go again.

Always come here with my SIL on our yearly vacation! Nice people and very friendly! Very clean!

Relaxing place and amazing spa pedicure with candle wax massage. Definitely coming back!

My gel nails came off the next day! I was leaving to go home so I could not get repaired $ 28 down the drain

I was recently here with my friend for a random outing. We both got a manicure/​pedicure. The nail salon itself is really nice inside, with brand new pedicure chairs! The prices were also pretty great, about $ 32 for mani/​pedi. However, there’s a few down sides — they don’t have a great selection of nail polishes at all — the employees would not shut up! i expect the normal «chit chat», but jeeez they talked our ears off! not very relaxing — and they seem very iffy about taking debit cards. With that said, we still liked the place and the price so we decided to go back a few weeks later. We signed in and sat for about five minutes, without anyone even noticing us, but we continued to wait a little longer. After about 15 minutes of no acknowledgment, we decided to leave and go to another salon. We were about half way down the street, when one of the employees chased us out of the salon! He begged us to come back, saying he would «lose his job» if we didn’t. We were polite and told him that we actually left because we had somewhere else to be. He continued to beg more and more until we had to basically run away. After that, I was pretty turned off and probably wouldn’t go back.

Got a great Mani pedi here last year. Most ‘updated’ looking salon in Ocean City.
