I love ice cream and «good» soft-​serve. That said, I was happy with the Twistee Treat cone. It was creamy and tastee. Not the thin stuff you can get at some locations. The kids working there were very friendly and made you feel welcome. The management did a good job on training them to treat the customers well. Will return as I can’t resist a good cone.

My first visit and I wasn’t impressed with there hot dogs. They only had canned drinks. I need to come back and try their ice cream before I make a complete review. But as of now I recommend that they drop their hotdogs.

What a happy place! It’s ice cream and smiling teenagers who finally have their first job and some spending money in their pockets. The ice cream is great and the service is fast. I am thrilled there is finally a place to go to get my weakness

That famous ice cream cone shaped building has finally come to Ocala. Yeah!
Their homemade soft serve is just the right consistency to provide the ultimate yumminess. You have a base choice of Twistee Regular or Twistee Light which is fat & sugar free. Take your basic and let your imagination run wild. Dipped or topped cones, sundaes, splits & brownie boats. The drinkables include slushes, shakes and malts. The cherry on top is that they serve Nathan’s Famous so you can get a bite to eat and have you ice cream too. Enjoy your food on their adorable patio.
