So far this seems to be the most unique and flavorful truck food in town.
They offer tacos and rice bowls in many different forms. I had the Lemongrass Cod Bowl and it did not disappoint. It was layered w/​avocado, mango, bruschetta, & slaw on top of saffron rice. It was topped with a decent portion of lemongrass cod. All of the elements worked perfectly together. This is a fusion that you would not ordinarily see in town and I’m so happy see it.
The only downside was that the cod suffered chewiness from being over cooked and the cost was a bit pricey for not only this area but for the portion of food.
