They should get a 10. While I was on a two-week business trip, a fitting on my well tank cracked and started leaking badly. Thankfully my neighbors noticed and found the Smokey’s label on the tank, so they called and Rodney came out immediately and repaired the problem — without charge and without waiting to get approval, which could’ve prolonged the leak by a full day. This could have been a major problem but, thanks to great neighbors and a very quick response, it was all fine.
This is the best service I’ve ever gotten out of any provider, bar none. Choose them. They will not let you down.

We didn’t have any water pressure and called Smokey’s around 8 p.m. They showed up about an hour later and went out to the pump and had to dig down to fix the broken pump and were done by around 10:30 p.m. They did an excellent job and we had gotten our water back. I would definitely use them again.
