Flagship Cleaners

I have been using Flagship Cleaners’ for years now due to the location convenience for me. I do not recommend them for the following reasons:
1) Their prices are ridiculous. It costs about $ 1.50 for a cotton mens shirt, and $ 11 for the same material summer short dress. If I could somehow understand their overcharging me for my silk dresses (around $ 13 a piece), the plain cotton dress cleaning price just blew my mind. When I inquired about why the difference is so high…
2)… i got yelled at! the owner refunded me the $ 11 and told me to clean the dress at home!
3) Their alterations are way overpriced, and are not a quality work.
4) The shoe repair services are usually good, but for some reason they refuse to work on many shoe styles without calling me back. So, when the time comes for me to pick the shoes up, they are simply not ready, and are returned to me without any explanation. I always have them repaired at other places that don’t have problems with them.

It is very quick and easy and cheap.

We’ve been using them for years and they have never lost any garment or destroyed anything. We are perfectly happy with them.
