I simply adore the hairstylist that works here, Alyssa. She helped me when I was in desperate need of a new salon. I had one too many dissatisfied experiences at my last salon (roots left untouched) and decided to make an appointment after reading great reviews of this salon 6 months ago.
I’ve been a loyal customer ever since!
Everyone there is very sweet and attentive to the needs of each client. They offer a beverage as soon as you arrive and offer to take your coat. The cool thing is, I’m always learning something new when I go there because the stylists are very knowledgable about each product. No, really, they read the ingredients on each of their products, as well as others, and they can tell you which shampoo/​conditioner would work best for you.
Tip: If you are going for color (especially Blondes), book with Alyssa. She is a color expert!

I have been going to Alura Salon for several years and have always been delighted with the way Sara styles my hair. She is very talented, conscientious, and a pleasure to talk to. What’s more, she has TWICE come to the rescue of my older daughter, now 21. My daughter went to other salons for hair coloring services and, both times, was dismayed by the results. Sara corrected the problem both times, on very short notice. We will not make the mistake of going anywhere else again! The salon also has a very appealing atmosphere that feels like a private club — yet the prices are so reasonable. I can’t say enough good things.

Gorgeous salon with super talented stylists! The owners are very professional, creative and knowledgable. The salon is extremely clean, friendly and gives the best customer service around! I would recommend this salon to everyone!

Went in today for the first time and look forward to returning very soon. From the moment I walked in the staff was warm and welcoming. Alyssa did an amazing job cutting my hair, which has often been botched other places. Can’t wait to go back for other services.
