Worst hair cut I’ve ever gotten. I walked in and showed the Stylist a picture of long hair with face framing layers and walked out with a shoulder length«U» hair cut that looked nothing like the picture, super short. At one point he said he was done and I had to mention I wanted layers. Zero regard for what the customer wants, worst hair experience of my life. Hope my hair grows fast. The other reviews were right, this place is bad. Only good part was the shampoo lady I guess.

The moment I walked in to this place, the lady washed my hair and I was expecting them to cut my hair while they are wet instead they blow dried completely to dry(and this was crazy… both the persons in store together swarmed on my hair and started blow drying my hair which was too much to handle. I jus wanted to run away from that place). Then the guy started to cut my hair with out checking with me about the hair cut I was planning to have that evening after about half job done he then asks me if I wanted layers on the front. Over all I was not so satisfied about the service but if you want to skip the wait time and have no big expectations can try this place.

Finally found this place! I love what they did to my hair(Dave the hair dresser). He knows what he is doing. My husband got me a massage gift certificate to this place and I decided to try out and come to learn Dave is great! For great results bring him a picture and he will make your dream come true. Walk-in is welcome, the place close on Tuesday. Friday evening is always crowed. The price is more than reasonable. Cut, Shampoo, 5 minutes nick massage & blow dry is $ 27. Padi & Madi $ 35. They speak both Chinese & English. The staffs are extremely friendly !

I adore asian people, but the staff do not know much know about blonde highlighting. I asked for a natural looking highlight(think Heidi Klum), provided a picture, and walked out looking like Marilyn Monroe with a half inch of roots showing. The staff is really kind and pretty good with hair cuts, but without a doubt need A LOT more practice with hair dye and highlighting. I went back to get my hair fixed, and left with fried extremely bleached blonde hair(but no roots). I recommend this place for haircuts only.

If I could rate this 0 stars I would, we just moved to the area and thought we’d give this place a try. My boyfriend came out almost bald, and I went in with shoulder length hair asked for a trim ¼ inch, I came out in tears, not only did the stylist take off 3+ inches it was extremely crooked about half an inch longer on one side. The cut was so bad my ends looked worse than when I went in, I’m not sure if the scissors were dull, or the stylist just incompetent. It literally looked like the cut a 2 year old little girl gets, there was no shape or style left to my hair at all. I had to go to another salon and have them fix it and even that stylist couldn’t believe I had to pay for such an awful cut, she was disgusted. On top of the terrible hair cuts the place was filthy, the floor was covered in so much hair it was stuck on the walls and trim, I don’t think they’d swept for days, then when he got the brushes out I was just appalled there was so much hair in them I was honestly afraid I was going to come out of there with head lice. They were also not personable or friendly, I think they spoke 20 words tops to us the whole time we were there. We just were uncomfortable with the whole experience and will never again give our business to this disgraceful establishment. The one nice thing was the head massage from the shampoo person.

I first went to Lulu about 6 weeks ago, and I have been back twice more since then. I would absolutely recommend them for hair cut, color. David the stylist really knows what he’s doing, pointed out that my hair texture would not be good for the picture I brough in, gave me something similar and it looks great! The shoulder massage that is included in the $ 22 haircut is amazing. I also tried a pedicure and a facial. While they got the job done, neither was particularly relaxing or pampering(but then again, when a 90 min facial is only $ 55, can you really complain?). Long story short, they will be cutting my hair from now on, but I’ll keep going to my regular nail salon.

Small salon opened about a year ago. Went there for the first time today for a hair cut. Walked in when it opened(Sunday 9:30am) and only needed to wait 5 minutes. Shampoo, hair cut and shoulder massage, all for $ 15; seems like a pretty good deal. The owner and the stylists are Chinese, but they do speak good English; the other customer there was having a good conversation with them at the time.
