I can’t speak about their other services but the massage part is pathetic! «Massage room» is located in a poorly remodeled and decorated basement. The therapist Im almost 100% sure was the receptionist girl who had NO idea what she was doing. It was fun listening to the washing machine the whole time and conversations upstairs. I could of had a better massage experience rubbing up against a tree. Avoid this place!

I had a similar experience to the other reviewer. I didn’t get as far as going and having them not be ready for me, but on the multiple occasions when I called, the person who answered the phone could not get me scheduled and didn’t really seem to know when there would be open slots. After a few attempts and them saying they’d get back to me, I finally called Groupon for a Groupon Promise refund. Groupon offered to advocate with Lon Michaels on my behalf, but based on D.D.‘s review, I thought it wasn’t worth the trouble.
