You need to be able to trust your stylist. This is the place. Nancy and Susan have both worked on my hair and I’ve never felt so comfortable with changing things up. I would do my own purple dye jobs and Nancy would always do miracle work to get me back to more conservative colors. I’m now getting henna with Susan, and my hair has never been so healthy.

Heather always does my pedicures and waxed my eyebrows. She is so precise and always does a wonderful job. I always enjoy my time there with her. Not only is she wonderful at what she does but it’s always. great conversation and I enjoy every time I am there. Everyone is so kind and professional at all times.

Nancy fixed my hair. I went to another salon & they created a lot of damage. Heather does the best manicure & shellac of anyone I know. I traveled six hours to come today. It was totally worth the drive.

AVOID this place if you don’t want your hair unevenly cut or colored some strange tone that isn’t recognizable on the color wheel. I went there with my daughter, we showed up on time but I waited 30mins — my daughter, at least 45. My daughter specifically asked for a shade lighter than what she had currently — she ended up with a cross between dark brown and gray — it was unbelievable. My own hair was cut crooked — the back was so uneven that some hair touched my collar while other parts went right over it. The owner did my hair but worked on at least 2 other customers at the same time — throughout the appointment she was unable to remember mine or my daughters name. I called the next day, about my daughters hair. First, they couldn’t get her in until next week, then ‘we’ll add more highlights’ when i said I didn’t want more highlights — she basically told me that, since I wasn’t a hairdresser or a ‘color expert’ I didn’t know what I was talking about when I said I wanted the color removed. When I asked for a refund for my daughters hair, the owner refused. The owner spent a lot of time (too much) telling me what a ‘color expert’ she was — she may think she’s an expert but she lacks professionalism at a very high level.
I will never use this salon again and recommend strongly that anyone who reads this do the same.
