They leave the gates wide open at night. They did not inform me of this until after my container was broken into and $ 3,500.00 worth of equipment was stolen. I highly recommend Bridgehead storage. I am moving my stuff back there.

This is an awful place. When I inquired, they said nothing had ever been stolen from their units. Rosa in the office told me «never.» Later I found out she was not telling me the truth. Too late now for me now. My stuff is already there and I am too wore out to move it quickly. Their neighbors told me the containers/​storages have been breeched on several occasions previous to me asking them. These break ins were all on the West side. Should you get one on the East side where the gravel is they are always speeding by in their ATV vehicle sending up dust everywhere. The steel storages get really hot inside and anything wax will melt and wood dry out and crack. I was worried when I set up the auto payment by the bank. So I called several times to make sure the payments were made and they said no problem but then all of the sudden I get a notice I am late. Now they inform me I mailed to the wrong address. It seems the one on their business card does not work but I told them and they said nothing on three occasions. I spoke to Rosa and Chey the manager and both failed to notice they had no address to mail the check to. They do list a number of ways to to buy your stuff at the auctions they have though. Now there’s a problem and they act like its my problem but do they offer to make the situation right? No!!! it’s all on the cheap. Can’t wait to move but while I was still motivated I thought I’d warn others away. These people aren’t together at all, they don’t know how to run a business! I would not trust them with anything valued that you can’t afford to loose. So now you know. In closing I would add I didn’t need the stress while moving. Moving is enough stress already. Now I have to worry they’ll suddenly say «I don’t get payment.» What will you do then??? That’s where I’m coming from… I did it all by the book and came to the conclusion they can’t be trusted. Now I have to move to a place that knows it’s own address. Im thinking I will just throw most of it away because it’s just not worth the grief. Storage is so expensive and no one I met yet has any integrity, certainly not this place.
GROUND HOG DAY, here we go again…
Last night around 5 PM I received a call from the storage informing me I had a late fee. They had called me on the first as before and as before claimed «Check not here» There is a language barrier. I try to tell myself it’s not Rosa’s fault but how does that make it mine? The manager says he will check the mail while Rosa tries to talk to me. She takes my credit card when the check does not show up in the the mail box where ever that is. I establish she is from that moment on going to charge rent to the credit card number. So next, they call me and say I owe 25 dollars in rent for late fee. I ask why, «mumble mumble mumble» She fakes english by mumbling yes at anything. She says she is going to have manager call today and explain. I have to go there because who wants to loose your stuff and they are so inapt they can’t do anything right. I see all the worst things happening and as much as I want to put it off I am going to have to move and get out of there. Report them to the BBB. then alert the chamber of commerce. These people are the dumbest people I even met. They don’t do it on purpose I think they are incapable of doing anything the right way. But the bottom line is who cares whether it’s intentional? The out come is the same.
