Friendly People, clean bathrooms and plenty of space to launch.

Good place to launch your boat. Not upscale but clean and pretty nice. Nice fish cleaning station.
Very secure. I won’t park my rig at the public launch in Pittsburg due to the shady characters that troll the parking lot at times. Not sure it’s safe.
Lauritzen’s however looks to be very safe. There is law enforcement (sheriff?) station just outside their gates. Discounted lauch fees on weekdays. Never been on a weekend so I can’t say how busy they get. The only thing I’m not a fan of is the setup of their ramps. It’s better set up to launching your boat with two people rather than 1. Not a problem on a weekday, but I’d hate to be the guy clogging up the ramps on a weekend trying to launch my boat by myself.
Staff has been very friendly and don’t mind talking weather, fishing reports either. I’ve been there even when I didn’t have my boat to check it out and they guy (owner?) spent 15 minutes just telling me about spots to fish and upcoming weather. Great staff.

Lauritzen yacht harbor is excellent, they have a great launch ramp.
The people are awesome, security is fantastic
They have a very nice fish cleaning station
The births are in great shape everything is well kept.
The boat dry storage is fenced, or in Camera view for security.
There is plenty of parking, they also have a fuel dock.
There is also a sheriff substation in the Harbor property.
