If I could somehow possibly so one star, I most definitely would. The level of customer service from the manager was absolutely absurd and shocking. I’ve been to this place multiple times and never had experienced the amount of rudeness I experienced today. I value genuine friendly service and the manager absolutely reversed my order because I asked about four questions after she processed it. «Due to you not understanding what I’m saying I’m reversing your order and you can dispute it with your bank. Are you serious?

Please be courteous when we’re trying to place an order don’t rush we want to make sure our order is correct and well cooked instead of rushing and very short with me…

Seriously fast delivery– 25 minutes. And my food was HOT– like, fresh off the wok hot.
Shrimp noodle soup was peeerfect for a rainy day. I was surprised that there were like 8 big, fat shrimp in there. Score! Eggplant w braised tofu and beef w peking sauce were also tasty.
All in all, it’s exactly what I want for Chinese take-​out. Fresh, fast, and satisfying. I’ll definitely order from them again.

It’s more of 2.5 stars.
I’ve only had their take out food, so I understand that it might taste worse than eating it freshly cooked on location.
Overall, it’s a good convenient restaurant for late night Chinese food. Especially if you’re too lazy to step outside. Nothing too memorable, and nothing too off-​putting.
Delivery was fast and we were all satisfied.

The food was pretty nasty it came up to $ 42 definitely not worth it! The fried Sesame balls were soft and the consistency was really crazy and I order these kind of things all the time so I would know how it’s supposed to taste I also got this seafood soup the consistency was like Snot I couldn’t even eat it I wasn’t even about to try it I had also Got chow mein very Bland almost no taste to it

It was bad all around. Terrible, even.
We ordered lemon chicken and chicken fried rice.
We received shrimp fried rice, so we called and since we had gone through grub hub they couldn’t refund us. So we had them exchange it (another 45 mins). It tasted burnt, was greasy, and was only edible with more soy sauce than you should ever have to add. Very dry.
The lemon chicken was a disaster. The breading was basically mush that shlept off the chicken. The chicken underneath the goop was so freakin’ dry I couldn’t eat it. Waste of $ 10. Literally the best part of our meal was the fortune cookies.
Total was something like $ 26 for inedible garbage. Boooooo.

I’ve been the most loyal customer Move over 10 miles away I still come all the way back. The customer service has changed, there is a new cook whom only put 3 types of veggies in my Sizzling Rice soup, I order the same thing all the time. I got nasty attitudes on three different occasions and they know me. I spend on a average about $ 80.00 a week. No More! Bad attitude… I be gone!!!

My first was taken down probably at the request of the owner/​manager. So here we go again.
Food was ordered over the phone for delivery. The delivery guy came and called the girl to come outside and get the food b/​c he was scared. In no way was this a dangerous neighborhood or has anything happened here in my 20 years of location.
When brought to the managers attention he became defensive first then second tried to apologize but by blaming the driver saying b/​c he didn’t get enough tips or something.

My coworkers and I ordered some food here for delivery on our lunch for a friends birthday and let me tell you… everything we ordered was delicious! We had shrimp and beef fried rice, walnut glazed shrimp, salt and pepper ribs, fried fish & mongolian beef. I am stuffed. The mongolian beef was so tender and delish. it isn’t as spicy as I thought it would be, the broccoli from the beef was cooked perfectly, the shrimp was perfectly glazed, and everything else was super good. The delivery time was less than 40mins, plus plus plus! We are most definitely satisfied customers and will be ordering again.

I have been eating here for years. I noticed that the quality of the food has gone down a bit. We ordered food this weekend that got us sick. No more Yang Chow for us!

Ordered delivery through Eat24. Delivery was only about 40 minutes, and they even included the extra dipping sauce, chop sticks, fortune cookies, etc that I asked for.
Shrimp egg rolls are great if you reeeaaally like shrimp (I thought they were delicious, but they are nothing but shrimp inside so they have a pretty strong shrimpy taste).
Fried asparagus is also good if not a bit too salty. HUGE amount, at least 3 servings depending on what else you get. Ask for extra dipping sauce for sure.
Vegetable chow fun tasted like nothing but soy sauce, and was unpleasantly metallic as well. There were good veggies in it so I ended up picking the veggies out to eat and leaving the noodles behind. I never leave a noodle behind, so that’s saying a lot.
Over all I’m not sure if I’ll order from this place again. I do like their selection of fried everything, though, so I’ll probably be back for more battered goodness.

First things first they have the FASTES DELIVERY IN OAKLAND. I kid you not they’ve never taken longer than 40min to delivery my food. My food is always super hot.
My go to order is either house chow mien or tomato beef chow mein with $ 1 extra beef. Their chow mein is not super greasy and not over crowded with rough chopped veggies. The tomato beef is soooo juicy and tasty. Along with one of those chow meins I get the fried chicken wings with $ 1 (super large) sweet & sour sauce. These chicken wings are better than any fried chicken place you’ve been to. They are big, they are tender, and they are crispy! What more could you ask for from a piece of chicken?
I’ve tried the shrimp fried rice and it’s good as well. They pack the carton so much that it has a round top instead of an square. They use surprisingly large shrimp and a lot of them at that.
Recently I took a chance and ordered their honey walnut shrimp and boy was I pleased. Their shrimp was Coated nicely and they even put walnuts on the side which I prefer (they did this without me saying to). For the price they give you a pretty big portion.
I can’t say too much about customer service because I ordered through the seemless app 99% of the time but the delivery man has never been rude. When I was pregnant he would walk up to my door when our elevator was out of service, he did the same when my baby was born lol. Can you See why I love this place now?! Try them you won’t regret it.

I’ve always liked Yang Chow, but this delivered orange chicken was horrible. The crust had fallen off, because it was packed in a plastic container with the lid and there was not much flavor.
The sauce should be delivered in a separate container and the chicken should be delivered in a paper container with a lid with holes so it can breath.

Only got delivery, food was pretty good!
I ordered the cashew chicken, wasn’t dry or soggy!

The delivery man drove by and didn’t even get out of the car! Just handed me the food and drove off.
You do get a lot of soup and it lasted me all the next day. I took the portobello mushrooms out since they were rubbery.
The other two items didn’t agree with my stomach.
Did I mention it was Christmas night?!

Fried rice is super on point, and the delivery was fast BUT…
Why are you delivering lemon chicken in a TUB?! The most disgusting lemon chicken I’ve ever seen in my life. Imagine soggy breading soaking in nuclear lemon sauce packed tight into a plastic tub made for soup. Thats just LOW STANDARD and POOR QUALITY even for some quick chinese food. That Lemon Chicken is the equivalent of making nice toast… and soaking it in water. LITERALLY.
Dissatisfied to say the least. Thank God you aren’t stingy with your fried rice.

I am a fan. You should get the following items:
1. Shrimp pot stickers
2. Yang Chow Fried Rice
3. The House Chow Fun

I order from this place a lot! Food is ok, they have a huge menu. And they deliver quick… I guess one can relate the quality to more or less burgers are to McDonald’s as Chinese food is to Yang chow… It’s fast, nothing spectacular but something to tie you over til your next meal… It’s a quick convenient meal and still more flavorful and «non-​chain» than Panda Express and prices are cheap.
I usually order the BBQ pork appetizer and get an order of brown rice. The pork is a little on the fatty side though. I do like their duck entrée but it tends to be boney and a lot of work to eat… But I still like it. I also like their wonton soup… The broth is sweet and they put a lot of spinach with it… Not very authentic tasting but it’s basically a good soup…
I tend to try different things on this menu but I find myself always going back to the same dishes… I would recommend this place just for the huge selection… And I would just do take out. It’s basically Chinese fast food.

Every time I come here, the food is incredible.
I highly recommend the garlic noodles, either with the crab or the shrimp.
There generous with the amount of seafood they serve you.
I have my boyfriend drive me out here to eat, every chance we get.
