This restaurant was at Taste of Fridays at Café Cocomo and though I was a little buzzed by the Tequila tasting at being held at the next station… the enchilada was amazing. Can’t wait to see you guys again.

Try the hibiscus ginger apple drink, it’s tasty. I like the tamales, but they are a 4, not a 5.

I gave their ceviche another try and I am GLAD I did! The ceviche was NOT mushy. It was so fresh and cold, so refreshing and tasty! It’s not too spicy but have a slight kick. It was perfect! Loved it!
They are gonna be at the Eat Real Fest this weekend for Sunday. What a treat for us!!! I can’t wait for something spicy from The Whole Tortilla!!!
Oh, and a shout out to Vanessa and Ricardo too, they are super nice people who can make you delicious yummies and care about their products. You can taste the love in their food!

Red Chile Pork Tamale is to die for. to die! The Chorizo and Potato tomato wasn’t as good as the chile pork, probably their least best dish.
