hugo food cart is at the corner of 8th & fallon, a block away from laney college and the bart station. i drove by many times and they usually have different items available, tamakes, tacos, nachos, hot chocolate, etc.
eats: chicken tamale (2)
–king of small but very tasty and fresh.
–when asked, vendor produced tomato salsa which was nice.
frijoles refritos:
–careful of parking around here. meter maids very active.
