Horrible service. Broke my locks and did damage to my car. He was working with
which is equally horrible.
The guy who owns the business DANIEL BASH came to my office to fix my car door locks and make a new key for me so I can open my doors with the keys and access my trunk. He spent a good hour and a half trying to fix my lock and then said he could not do it. When I showed him what he did to my trunk lock which is now loose and falling apart he said that it was just the cover. He charged me $ 74.00 for his time and left. I tried calling the
service company and the refused to send someone else out.
After calling him again to get him to help fix the lock he hung up on me. I feel swindled and hope no one else has to deal with this kind of customer service.

This company has terrible customer service and did not provide the same grade of lock they replaced. The dispatch person advised that we are getting a high security lock, we received a standard grade lock. The wished me good luck when I called to complain. I’m sure you can find a better more honest locksmith in the east bay.
