I am a property manager here in the city and am dealing with 3 – 4 vendors on a daily basis-​I have worked with Hugo for over a year now and can honestly say I have never had a better experience with a vendor! Hugo is prompt, professional, and trustworthy and I would have no other locksmith work on all of my buildings. He is courteous to all of my tenants (I have had wonderful reviews from anyone who has had to work with him), he is always a delight to call and he is very informative with any project (big or small) that I have lined up for him. I highly recommend Hugo to anyone who asks who my locksmith is.

Hugo is awesome!!! When all other Locksmiths were closed, Hugo saved the day. And his prices are super competitive, in fact he’s the cheapest you’ll find for excellent work. He was able to replace some cylinders that someone had crazy glued. He rekeyed them back to the original key. Last time this happened, my brother was charged $ 500, this time around he paid less than $ 150. Will always use Hugo’s from now on.

Hugo is a great locksmith! He helped us install a Kevo lock and change the locks on a few other doors. His prices were reasonable and he did the work quickly. I will definitely use him again in the future.

I chose Hugo over other locksmiths in town based on his good reviews, and I’m really glad I did! He came by my office fix a few file cabinet locks and was quick, charged $ 25 per cabinet (in oppose to the $ 40 that ABC locksmith had quoted) and did a great job. Hire Hugo!

Yay! Hugo was amazing. I give 4 stars only bc he coudn’t get my lock to work. I have a 1990 VW Vanagon, with the driver side door not working. I have to go to the other side every time I unlock or lock the doors. Not bad, but pretty annoying. He worked tirelessly for three hours and couldn’t get the darn thing working. Told me it was probably the lifter and to go to the VW dealership. I was sad, but since I bought the car, the drivers side didn’t work, so who knows if its been dead for a while. andall this time he spent… he charged me nothing! cuz he couldn’t fix it. Thank you. I wanted to tip him, but he wouldn’t accept anything.
He then made me keys for my Thule car racks that I inherited with no keys. Yippeeee! no stolen racks in SF!
So, good prices, good person, and on time and great service.

Hugo is fast, efficient & professional. I was locked out of my house and was referred to him by my coworker who said he’s done work on commercial businesses that I’m really familiar with. I thought he’d be expensive cuz of that, but his services were super affordable. He was prompt and really friendly… and he didn’t make fun of me for locking myself out =)
