Good pizza, but when asked for side of ranch cashier wanted 75 cents after I just gave her $ 3 tip. Had no cash and didn’t want to charge side of ranch for 75 cents on Card. Next time I’ll keep tip for side of ranch!

GODAWFUL. Moved here from NY and my husband and I wanted something fast and Red Boy is right up the street from us. Didn’t want to disappoint ourselves by ordering pizza so we went with a two salads, one cesear and the other a house salad and pesto pasta. I threw out $ 30 worth of food!!! I don’t understand how these people are business. The cesear salad tasted like nothing and the pasta was pure mush and also had no flavor.

Oh yeah! Now I remember why I haven’t ordered a pizza from them in a couple years, burnt crust, delivered cold and after I requested lots of packs of peppers the driver had zero packs of peppers. While taking my order the guy that answered the phone couldn’t find my phone number and hung up on me, I should have just warmed up a can of soup then and saved $ 25.00. Red Boy could be good, it’s really hit or miss and when it’s good it’s really good but when it’s bad… sigh… Really really really bad. Sourdough crust was what I was craving, not the cold charcoal that showed up at my house 30minutes ago, you seriously can’t bite through this. No more Red Boy on Redwood Rd for me. The one off Park Blvd is much better.

The service here just annoys me I guess. The always over promise and under deliver. «Your food will be ready in 20 mins.» Thirty minutes later, «it’ll be another 10 minutes, we just got busy.» They lie so you order, then make you wait. At least, that’s been my experience/opinion.

I really enjoyed their Pizza Caroline. It was such a light flavorful pizza if you like onion, garlic and pesto. It can be so awesome when it’s done correctly but when they forget ingredients, it’s awful. More than once they neglect the garlic. I usually check it before I leave and have them fix it when they forget the garlic, but why should I do the policing on making sure they make their own advertised pizza correctly? The other day I sent my husband to pick it up and he didn’t know he has to check their work. He comes home with a garlic-less pizza. I’m annoyed but it’s not his fault. I call them to complain. They offer me $ 1 off my next order. Why a measly $ 1? Because the pizza is still edible. Sure, a pepperoni pizza without pepperoni is still edible, but does that make it acceptable? I ask for 50% and they wouldn’t budge and never bothered to have a manager call me back. So, 4 stars for the Pizza Caroline, and negative 3 stars for the zero ckufs given about the people who have to live with their mistakes. buh bye Red Boy.

Fan for life! My little sister recently moved to this area and turned me on to Red Boy. I went in a few times always got really good pizza(Pesto & Chicken) and customer service. So when it was time to order lunch for a work Union meeting I decided to give their catering side a try. Very happy I did! I worked with Alyssa who really went above and beyond on helping me decide on the menu and the portion sizes. She even arranged a special delivery since we are not in the normal delivery area. I had 2 last minute additions(lactose intolerant folks) to my order literally the day of and it was not a problem at all. A guy came with Alyssa for the delivery, wish I could remember his name now cause he was top notch too! Helped set up everything and was very concerned with making sure I was happy with the delivery and set up. So anyhow, looking for family pizza night and or catered event then Red Boy will come through. All 90 employees raved about how good the salad and pizza were and of course I got kudos for picking them… WINWIN

Pizza is not all created equal and everybody likes theirs different. I worked at a pizza joint in SWCO for a few years and came to like mine a certain way. My wings too. Red Boy has the closest thing I’ve found to my beloved Schoolhouse pizza and wings since 2008. I like my wings crispy, if you do too I recommend ordering them extra crispy. I also order them dry(wing sauce on the side) so I can dunk my wings and pizza while controlling the amount of sauce for each. The pizza is pretty darn good, it’s not The Olde Schoolhouse, but I like the sourdough crust, had the BBQ pizza tonight and wasn’t disappointed. I heard the guy next to me order thin crust, easy sauce, etc… They are more than accommodating to weirdo orders like mine and this guy’s. The staff is always friendly, and you can saddle up at the bar and enjoy a glass of wine or pint of beer while you wait for your order. When I want pizza and wings for Netflix and chill night, this is where I go.

I ate the meat balls and spent the next 24 hours with food poisoning. The meat was fully cooked so I’m guessing it was contaminated or old.

Very disappointed… I have been a long time customer and quite frankly, if you’re not dining in, I wouldn’t order the pizza. Generally, my experience has been that I would order a pizza for delivery and when we get it, the crust is quite mushy and soggy. Then I would forget and order again, then I remember why I don’t generally order their pizza. Their sandwiches are pretty good which is what we normally ordered for delivery and pizza is good if we’re dining in and it just comes right out of the oven. However, last night, we ordered a cheese pizza at 8:30PM and I know they close at 9PM, pizza delivered at 9 pm. The pizza was so overcooked that the cheese baked into the crust, the crust was hard as a rock. It was inedible! Calling in when they open to file a complaint. Very unhappy customer.

Went back with my awesome cousins for dinner. Everything was good. Had antipasto salad, pizza, cheesy bread, cheesecake. And GENEROUS pours of wine. Nice people. Good food. Only bummer is the check in 10% didn’t work when I checked in, and since we spilled water all over the floor I felt like they deserve every penny.

Was told they could not deliver to me. They are only 15 Mins away from me. I do not drive. They made me order first before telling they could not deliver to me.

Very displeased. Ordered pizza online at 4pm for delivery at 6:15. Called at 6:30(on a weeknight, mind you) and driver just leaving for our delivery. The crust was rubbery, the pizza overlooks. And, I ordered ravioli for my hungry 5 year old daughter. There were 4 pieces of ravioli. 4. For $ 6. I called it make sure it want a mistake and was told that indeed they only give 4 raviolis. Had to make a bagel for my hungry kid. Epic fail. Won’t ever eat here again. $ 35 for one pizza and ravioli. Sad.

Great pizza!! The crust they use is one of the best I’ve ever had! I usually order for delivery. Quick to order and they are fairly quick for delivery depending on day/time – late delivery has never been an issue.

The worst ever: 2 hour and no delivery yet. Call8ng the manager is worthless since he can’t solve anything. He doesn’t even know how to locate a driver. Thx for ruining my night. It doesn’t matter how good is the pizza if the people running it are a bunch of liars.

We always order Pepperoni and double mushroom, and they never disappoint. Always best to eat in or pick up. They do delivery, but usually takes twice as long and pizza is lukewarm when it arrives.

Can’t enough about the food and staff here. It had been a bit since my special needs son and I had stopped by for lunch. Alyssa the manager remembered that my son uses his ipad as a speech generating device and that he requires a specific protocol to encourage him to use his device. Without a single word she prepared the staff. It was amazing! !! My son and I enjoyed our delicious meal feeling grateful for such a great moment.

In general, I like Red Boy. I got the Mediterranean this most recent time around, which was not my favorite. It was okay, but my friend didn’t like it at all — she said it was«funky.» So I wouldn’t necessarily recommend that one, but I do recommend Red Boy in general, even though they’re a bit expensive(medium pizzas range between about $ 15 and $ 21) and they don’t deliver to my house even though we’re only about 3.5 miles away from their Redwood Rd store. I was surprised about that. Also, beware! They have two locations, so make sure to specify with your friend which one you’re meeting at! ;D

Although the service was great, I didn’t like the food. The food on the pricey side and there’s nothing that I seen would’ve justify the prices they charge. A medium pizza(Red Boy Special) will cost you $ 21.00. It was a bit salty and soggy(especially in the middle). Toppings were plentiful though. Their lasagna was probably their best dish, but the sauce is not something worth remembering. You get a big plate and plenty of sauce with a side order of garlic bread. For appetizers, we opted for their buffalo wings, but again it wasn’t anything spectacular. For $ 10, you get 10 wings(the same size as those you find at KFC) and it was just wings topped with Sarracha type hot sauce. Their Philly Cheese steak comes on a huge plate and plentiful. Again, OK but nothing out of the ordinary.
