Don’t ever get anything repaired here. They replaced a cracked screen on my i phone and gave me a warranty. Two days later it cracked. I brought it back and they told me I dropped it so they would not repair it. I told them I had not dropped it but it just cracked. The manager was nice enough to give me the name and phone number of main office. I spoke to a lady there who told me she would have the decision making guy call me. He did not call so I had to track him down. He told me i could bring the phone out to their technical expert on MacArthur Blvd so he could decide if I had dropped it. I told him I had not dropped it and I did not need them to tell me I did. They don’t stand by their work. They make promises they don’t keep. No wonder they went bankrupt.

Radio Shack is right next to my work and it has saved me quite a few times. They remodeled it recently and I like what they have done with the place. I was bummed when they removed the Amazon Lockers. It was very convenient to have.

Came by here today during lunch because of an email I got yesterday. The deal is to buy anything in the store value at least $ 30 before taxes and you will get a back $ 10 in store credit. I’m a sucker for those deals but I didn’t find anything of a value to me While looking around I found an amazon locker tuck in back of store. At least today I came in for something worth knowing I will use it now when ever I order from amazon. Store is small not like others but they carry the basic office needs since the people who shop here seems locals and businesses. So what ever you need here if they don’t carry it they can order it.

Came in on a Saturday with an unlocked smartphone from France. Seth hooked me up on a wireless service plan with the quickness. I came back to the store later that day when shit didn’t work, and he hustled with peeps @ the service provider’s customer service office for over an hour to get my data plan online, all while juggling other tasks like a boss. Best Radioshack experience I ever had.

I walked in here to look for some earphones on my break. As I was checking out the selection, I noticed one of the ‘sales clerks’ staring me down. He had a big frown on his face and his arms were crossed! I soon left. They lost me as a paying customer!

If I could give a minus 5 stars that would be great … I used to buy most of my electronic stuff here… it was fine because of the location… but then this just happened: I went in looking for a pair of headphones for my ipod… i wanted to give a chance to the«radio shack headphones» so I got them, and when I went out I realized they didn’t work with my ipod… so I went back trying to change those that I bought for some other brand … Sony or ipod… but the for some reason the owner got crazy… then, used some scissor to cut the wires of the headphones I bought and then asked the guy on the register to give me my money back and ask for my name and address then ask his employee something like«never let this guy get into my store… understand» …even the guy in the register was in shock… I’ll never go back to this or any other radio shack. even if they give me 80% or 90% off…

The store selection is ok(maybe because due to the limited store space), but the staff is not — been there on several occasions at different times throughout the day and everytime I go there only seem to have one sales person behind the counter. One in particular seems to ignore customers or what. as pleasant as it is that nobody wants to force anything on you and gets on your nerve constantly asking if they can help you — I think it’s still rude that not even a greeting coming across the lips when entering the store.
