I would rate this as a zero star, but I can’t. This place is a bad place to get your phone fixed. They told me that it costed 85 $ to fix my LCD on my phone and it’ll take them a week and they would call me. It has been two weeks with no phone call, and I called them asking where my phone is and they have no clue where to find it… They hung up on me, and called me three times just to tell me that they couldn’t find my phone or it was at someone’s house… This is really unprofessional. Doesn’t seem like they care about the customer’s property. Once they gave my phone back in two weeks, my phone was still broken… They only gave me a 5 $ discount… And I had to give it back to them to fix it, but now it’s taking another 1 – 2 weeks to repair it. They need to owe me a new phone, because they broke my phone and still charging me most of the price… I want to speak to the manager to give me a new phone, but don’t even know who the manager is… 3 – 4 week to get my phone fixed? With no store hours and contact number to call? That’s really inconvenient and unprofessional.

The gf got new phones for her and her family here. The salesman was patient enough to explain the details and logistics of all the switching and upgrading. Threw in free screen protectors as well. The salesmen here remind me of myself playing IT for my family. It ain’t easy. Four stars.

DON’T EVERGOHERE!!! I second Yan C’s comments. I extended my plan an got a phone from them, the phone worked for a couple weeks, then never again. We took it back to the store, they claim to have taken it to the factory to fix, after 6 months and 4 attempts of fixing the phone, we still don’t have a working phone. The last time we saw the non-working phone was over 2 months ago. They have no attempt to get us a working phone. You end up paying for nothing.

Pro: –Most phones in stock Con: –Bad customer services(actually no services provided until I had to ask) –Rude sales and manager –Expensive even with promotion plans(you actually ends up paying for the phones up front) –What they said on the phone isn’t what they will tell you at the store.(They only are in for the profit, they will try to raise the price on you, so they can make more money.) Basically they lie. I want to give it no stars for bad customer services. I dealt with them before they actually ended up pushing the responsibility to at&t customer service. I had to call at&t to get rebates.
