Marisco’s El Malecon

Plenty of private parking. I got a steak burrito. Nothing special about it. It do come with tortilla chips. Priced at $ 6.00.

This place is good good good fresh tasty not too greasy and hot. The salsa the jalapenos the radish everything I got it was good even the service nice people friendly. If you come on the weekends Friday through Sunday and get your car washed and eat at the same time.

This place is awesome! If you can ignore the depressing neighborhood than its a 5 star! Get the fried tacos! They also have the best car wash there. I have a small car they only charge $ 15 for the inside and out. They also dress the tires, windexed the windows and armor all the panels inside and out. I would recommend everyone! Don’t forget to tip at least $ 5 for their hard work!

You know, this was just ok for me. We tried the Ceviche and that was pretty good, but the Shrimp and Cheese empanadas were a complete miss for me. I once asked for a plain cheese quesadilla for the kids and they still charged me $ 6 for it — wow!
They are a regular at the Union City Street Eats, but not sure if I’d try them again.

Marisco’s El Malecon is a mobile food truck in a fenced-​in lot. though offering only beef and chicken options in tacos (1.25) and burritos (3.50), they also have marisco (oyster, shrimp, octopus, etc), platillos (camarones 12), appetizers, tortas, soups, …
sampling: beef burrito (3.50) skipped the guac & sour cheese, extras not priced.
–decent sized burrito filled with tasty chucks of beef, small onions, pinto bean, little rice. hot salsa came with it. also carrot/​jalepeno garnish.

–personable latina cashier always says: «my friend» when addressing patrons. nice touch. like familia. for the record, latinos and asians usually get along well… both cultures work hard for their money…
–food is slow since they have biz…
–parking in lot though lst timers wouldn’t know.
