Excellent family spot. Great for lovers of both breakfast and lunch or dinner comfort foods. I am obviosly biased because I am doing the review while drinking this awesome hot coffee… It wasn’t stale or burned and tall enough for one cup… add your own sweeteners.
And prepare to wait, it takes a whiiile.

LEARN HOW TO PICK UP THE PHONE FOR ORDERS. Three stars because you used to answer the phone. Good place for that greasy spoon meal. Breakfast is decent and they got hot buttered grits! Love their tuna melt with fries. Office is walking distance from the spot and it’s the only place to go in this food desert for a hot meal.

Hash browns water logged… Waffle the consistency of a dish sponge… No flavor. I think they use margarine but that shit was packed with water too. The eggs were eggs and absolutely everyone touches the toast without washing their hands. Never again.

Honey, 5 stars for my breakfast this morning. I’ve eaten here Hella times throughout the course of my life and today I noticed that they have really stepped it up. Service is a tad slow but the waitress is attentive. I had the shrimp and vegetable omelette (that I turned into a scramble) add spinach and home fries. The home fries were diced and had veggies in it. Yum. But my scramble was better than I expected. They are generous with the prawns. Everything was really on point. I wish I didn’t get full because I couldn’t eat all the potatoes. Sigh

I must say in all my years as well as travels good eating as well as surroundings are a must ! I heard about Luis Coffee Shop and gave it a try, I’m beyond impressed I’m satisfied. If you are looking for a reasonable tab, clean grill and a genuine staff with excellent food and preparation this is the place to dine.
The only thing is they close at 3 Pm each day so I will have to call in my order swing by for those friendly smiles.
They have such a great verity to chose from eggs grits, T-Bone’s, Burgers as well as Grommet sandwiches and much more.
Im hooked and glad about it !!!

Luis, I pronounce it Louie’s, is so great in the mornings. I usually go with my family or order to go. My favorite meal is their scrambled eggs mixed with a little chopped ham and avocado on top. Yum! Don’t forget the english muffin and wenches grape juice. But if there is something you want that is not on the menu, just ask, im sureThe best thing about this place is that it’s family oriented. Luis wife, kids, and sometimes parents are always there helping out so its a family atmosphere.

It’s not that the food is bad per say but I’ve had better diner experience. this is the place you go to because you’re just really hungry for breakfast and need something. They’re only open until lunchtime. They pretty much cater only to locals. The fact that they are even listed on Unilocal will maybe be a boost to their business but meh.
on the day I was here, the breakfast was decent but the service was absolutely MEH and we had to ask twice for things including coffee refills and napkins.

This is a family owned restaurant that serves your typical breakfast fare, burgers, and sandwiches. Their menu is basic and nothing really special. You can sit at the counter and watch them cook your food or grab a table.
I had the t-​bone steak with eggs that also came with hash browns and toast for $ 10. It’s a reasonable deal and it won’t break the bank. It filled me up and I was good to go. The food was nothing special and I wouldn’t go out of my way to come back.
