I’m actually forgot the name of the manager but he’s so nice I asked him if they have combo with a 12 hot wings he told me it’s doesn’t come with 12 pieces and I order the 10 one. Happily I got 12 .
So nicely, 2 more pieces for me and another good costumer for him !

If I based my opinion on presentation alone I would give this place no star. Lol I was craving a mashed potato bowl so badly and was so starving when I made my fiancé take me here. It clearly wasn’t his first choice and now I see why. I ordered my mashed potato bowl, it was ready quickly. But, as I pulled off from the drive thru, and excitedly opened my bowl to my unpleasant surprise I saw a huge thick slice of mozzarella cheese. Since when does KFC use mozzarella cheese on mashed potato bowls? I used to work at a different location years ago, and we used to use shredded blended cheese! I was hot! It didn’t even taste the same! I honestly couldn’t even finish it, such a huge disappointment! Maybe I’ll be back, because that honestly was the only thing wrong, but what a terrible thing to mess up!

I’ve never been to an A&W before. My cousin lives nearby and said she was craving a root beer float so we came here and OMG I need one by my house! Lol The cashier was very friendly, the lobby was quiet and clean but who cares my medium sized root beer float was delicious *rubs paws together like a raccoon* I wish they are open ²⁴⁄₇.

I love this Kfc & aw for the fast service.
I love to get my grilled chicken & rootbeer float in less then 5 minutes since i am a working student & dont have time to cook. The manager he is very friendly and helpful when idk what to get he helps out.
I reccomend this place for chicken and dessert, they have so many choices i love the chocolate & lemon cakee, they have cookies, ice creamm, shakes & even a peanut buttwr swirrl that ones my favorite.
If you are craving desserts this is the write place at kfc & Aw

Horrible horrible place. I wish I could give them negative stars. I ordered $ 100+ of food for a staff lunch. 4 large buckets of chicken. 8 large mash potatoes. Loads of biscuits. 15 corns. Etc. I was assured they gave us everything we ordered. Got back to work only to find they gave us no gravy with our mash potatoes. NONE! 8 large orders and no gravy at all. No butter for our corn or biscuits. No honey. But that’s not all… Most of all. No ketchup and hot sauce. You have to be kidding me. This place is a joke!

having 2 franchises in one gives 2 menus to choose from. luckily, the format is easier to read from than other burger/​chicken places
tempted to go for the wings, but couldn’t pass up the frostie.
eats: soft serve cone (1.29)

–texture too sofrt, almost melting
–nice size for the price.
–much better than wienerschnitzel.

Very sketchy location, which is made evident by the security guard inside the store.
The food was good and what I would expect from KFC, but the wait was long due to not having potato wedges ready.
However, the woman who appeared to be in charge apologized for my wait and gave us two free mini-​cakes to try to make up for it. It was a kind gesture, but I still would not go back to this KFC.

Unless fast food restaurant employees care about what their customers think of them, then service will never be up to par, especially at this location.

OMG is this in a bad location… first KFC I’ve ever been to where there is a permanent security guard roaming INSIDE the restaurant. All of the «free» condiments/​napkins have been locked up and the place looks a little run down. While I was waiting for my food at the counter, I was fortunate enough to hear no fewer than 3 other (and I do mean at separate tables) patrons practicing for their aspiring hip-​hop careers.
The menu at these new kfc&a&w’s is a mess. Have they ever heard of the K.I.S.S. philosophy of business? Don’t they understand the reason why people like places such as Chipotle and InNOut is because the menu is simple? I felt bad for the the family in front of me who weren’t english speakers try to order their food through the point method. It took the lazy cashier a few minutes to finally figure out what they wanted
Only reason I stopped here is I was hungry on my way to the a’s game and have come to deplore the stadium food. I need to stop being lazy and just drive to the other side of 880 to the new shopping center.
2 stars only because I enjoyed the chicken…

News Bulletin: Being nasty in your car is NOT the equivalent of a tree falling in the forest when no one is around. People can still see your nasty ass.
However, chances are the PETA people cannot see me as I go through the drive-​thru of one of the most unethically cruel fast food restaurants in the country (KFC), which, unfortunately, merged with one of the greatest fast food restaurants in the country (A&W), to procure one of my most beloved childhood treats: an A&W root beer float and a side of rings.
Just a dirty little secret between me and the friendly man at the window.
I suck.

ok, so it is KFC/A&W. what can i say? regular mediocre fast food fare here. chicken, cole slaw, burgers, root beer.
I have actually seen this location in some stage of being robbed, not once, but twice, in the almost 3 years I have lived in the neighborhood. No, I am not kidding!
the good about this location, they have corn bread muffins as well as biscuits. neither of which i like much, but i appreciate the small gesture towards having a choice.
also, love those damn cheese curds!
only ate in once, usually it’s great for a late night snack after working way too long of a day and not wanting to cook or shop!
