KFC

I hate this kfc I go only because its close to the house but after today I will never go back. I got a famous bowl that was half the size of a famous bowl my daughters potato wedges where cold along with most of our food. The employees are rude and lazy. I will not spend my money here again…

This place is a dump!!! The inside is old, tables are dirty they are not level, when I got in the lobby the girl at the counter told me her cash register is not working, then I hear people say that the order is wrong, there is not enough seating and they have a armed guard with a GUN!!! ON HIS SIDE you know this is GHETTO to the max who ever is the franchise owner is given kfc a bad name, the front window is boarded up!!!

This place has the worst customer service ever! I ordered a chicken tender meal and the place was empty! The woman said it would be 10 min for a «fresh one» I see cars coming and going threw drive thru and also other customers coming in and out within minutes. After 10 minutes I’m still waiting for my food. I hear the back staff asking each other what I’m waiting for then the cashier repeat my order to them. Now I’m still waiting. After another 10 minutes go by I walk up to the register and demand a refund. Got my money back and will NEVER be back.

Colonel Sanders would be rolling in his grave if he saw what they served here.
I ordered a six piece rotisserie chicken here. Over $ 12.00 for 6 PIECES (all dark meat) OF luke warm, shriveled up sitting in that heat oven for hours chicken. I can get a whole chicken at luckys for $ 7.oo!
When colonel Sanders died, so did the quality of KFC.

Found hair in my food!!! Ordered a bucket of chicken with sides of Mac n cheese, mashed potatoes, and okra. I was enjoying my meal at home until I started to eat the okra. I ate a few before realizing my next grab would contain a long piece of brownish gold hair! I was soooo disgusted and I couldn’t eat anymore. Now I wasted all of my sides and only ate half of my baked drumstick smh. Now I’m stuck writing this review and still hungry and upset that I wasted my hard earned money here. Never again will I eat or order from this establishment. That was so unsanitary and I could only imagine what else goes on here. Beware!

I went last Friday, about 9pm, I asked the guy (André) with a head phone on: what time you close? He gave me dirty look, replied: what are you asking? What time we close or are we closed?, then I asked him what do you recommend, he did not reply, I thought maybe because he was wearing a head phone, but the head phone he was wearing has only one ear cover design. Then I asked again: what do you recommend, he said very rudely: chicken. Then I asked if you have original, the other guy (Jonathon) replied while he was drinking a soda with a gang member’s tone: how many pieces?, at this point, it made me so uncomfortable, I decided to leave, I drove out for a few blocks, still fell so bad, so I drove back, I asked to speak to the manager, there is this Chinese guy, so I asked if he can speak Chinese cause my English is limited, he replied with a very thick Chinese accent: no, I was born here. Then I asked if he has overheard what happened, he replied：yes, I have, they have not done anything wrong, I asked why his employee drinking soda while serving the customer, then he said Johnason is on his break, I said, if he is on his break, why he wants to know how many pieces I want, why not he stay in back to enjoy his soda, then the other employee said, no he doesn’t have to. Then the Chinese guy called Mari, yelled at me: you are causing trouble, I am calling security, and all their employees got excited and tried to charge to me. Then he called security, outside the store, he told me: this security works for me, he ordered the security: this guy is causing trouble, watch him. Security guard (Travis) was the only one nice, he apologized for what happened. While we were talking, I heard bunch of screaming from the kfc store. Some guy even tried to get out to attack me, Travis told him: go back. The kfc need big reform, last time, I went to the kfc near the oaks card club, when a customer pulled his eyelids to side telling me: I am Chinese, the kfc employee there could not stop laughing, I also went to the kfc store in Alameda, not only very expensive, the employee were all very rude. Maybe the pay is too low, but if you guys don’t like the job, stay in home, don’t get paid and insult customer. These guys should all be fired, when I fax what happen to kfc customer service, I got no reply at all, no one seems care. Fine, I never go back and will spread what happened as wide as possible within my ability.

If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. I actually remember coming to this Pizza Hut/​KFC (What’s with the resturant crossovers?) back in 2012 and it was a TERRIBLE experience. It was 11:00 in the morning
, and that fart bag of a employee acted like she was too good to give sugar in our sodas; tasted like watered-​down diharrea or something. The pizza crust was way too doughy but the sauce was SO GOOD. The breadsticks were the only thing that saved this pile of feces from getting no stars at all :(
If you’re looking for watered-​down, sub-​par, taste bud blanding soda, then this is the place to go *obvious sarcasm* don’t go here. Seriously. You’ll regret it in the long run. In short, you get what you pay for. One of the worst Pizza Hut/​KFC experiences ever.

The workers are really nice, they were out of breast and a young guy said sorry and that he would substitute extra thighs and legs. I’ve been to non-​chain restaurants who won’t do that. The food is like the food at every KFC, decent.

Not all KFC’s are alike. I still had yet another BOGO coupon for the 2 pc. boneless chicken special. My husband and I decided to stop by this KFC to take advantage of the BOGO deal.
Even though the employees were friendly and helpful, the pieces of chicken were scrawny looking and small compared to what I got earlier this afternoon. They were also hard and dry and sort of chewy… not good.
We took the meals to go. The last time I was at this KFC was almost ten years ago and things sure have changed for the worse. It used to be clean and the garbage cans were not filled to the rim or overflowing. This time around the garbage cans were full, the tables were not clean (they needed to be wiped down — could see sticky soda stains) and there was litter on the floor… ugh. I don’t know what happened, but the place looked like it’s run down to the ground. SMH!!!
I know one thing — I’m not coming back to this KFC.

horrible service, never get the order correct, does nothing to fix the error. shame i couldnt even get a proper apology from the so called manager! avoid! drive a little further to popeyes!

Really has gone down in quality a LOT. I eat there 2 – 3 times a month, and as a regular customer have started getting old chicken that is dry… even when I request the fresh stuff. Won’t be going back anymore. I suggest you avoid it as well.

This is the worst KFC I have ever been to. I will say that they are friendly in there, however, I have never ‘been satisfied w the food. The first time I went they need not have any spicy chicken at all, no wings no breasts and I along w the manager had to try to pick and choose what chicken to get to form a damn meal. Which i found extremely frustrating. At that time I told myself i would never go back. I ended up going back because it was close and i was starving. I order the 5 piece spicy wing combo with no problems or substitutions. But of course when i get home and bite into the chicken every single piece was rotted in the inside with that nasty black dried blood. I could not even eat it. So that was my official last time going to that KFC.

KFC here is ok. The chicken tenders are small and wimpy. If you want real fried food go across the street to Louisiana Fish and Chips. It will costs you twice the price but all the mom and pop fried food places are expensive.

Me and my big hunk of a delicious boyfriend go here from time to time especially since he gets those KFC coupons in the mail.
First of all I don’t really care for Pizza Hut pizza but I totally love KFC bisquits.
Service has always been friendly and speedy when we go here.

just a few patrons here. no waiting. ordered. got eats in 5. the black crew here was efficient, courteous, and mostly on point. (dude almost gave me potato wedges inside of mashed but caught himself in time.)

Worst pizza and chicken ever. I went through the drive thru this past week for a late lunch (after 3pm). I even went through the trouble of google mapping this place cuz I actually wanted pizza and chicken.
This place is RAGGEDY. And the drive through lady doesn’t give a damn what you want to order. In fact, even if you specify what you want, they will give you whatever THEY want to give you. They need to boost the volume for their employees in drive thru, consider retraining their cooks, and remember that their goal is to feed people without jeopardizing their lives.
I ordered a 2 piece chicken combo (biscuit, mashed potatoes), and a personal combination pizza (which she told me would take 5 min to cook, and please park my car in their lot for her to bring my order out when it’s done). During that time a homeless man with bloodshot eyes gave me his whole story how his car was taken by the cops and he was released from jail a couple hours ago and he just needed change to go home and see his kids. I love how no matter where you go in the Bay Area to run an errand, there’s always a homeless person to welcome you to the Bay.
I was going to drive away after waiting for more than 10 min for my order but they finally came outside. The pizza, which I had to wait out front for was NOT COOKED ALL THE WAY. I still have this sickening feeling in my mouth and stomach (body memory of chewing and swallowing DOUGHY pizza). When I looked at the crust it was still light colored. I still want to throw up thinking of it. I wanted to go back and have them re-​do it or bake it longer for me since I don’t have an oven at home to do their job for me. I didn’t want to risk them doing something worse to the pizza so I took it home.
I ordered EXTRA CRISPY chicken and I got overdone original recipe. The meat is that weird consistency where it’s not as solid as real meat, a strange gelatinous middle range meat that is too slippery and wet to be considered real chicken.
For $ 10 I could have got a real meal. Instead I got pseudo food with a side of homelessness. All too gross for me to stomach, literally.

I know this may seem silly, but this is a great KFC. When I went they were very speedy, clean and efficient.
In addition, their new «snackers» are only 79 cents and are delicious and a generous portion for the price.
KFC is coming back strong, watch out! I don’t see the problem with eating KFC every once in a while, just make sure to work it off at the nearby YMCA:)

With fond nostalgia for the chicken, glow-​in-​the-​dark coleslaw, and squishy dinner rolls (I don’t think they sell these anymore) that I loved in my childhood, I decided to have KFC for the first time in 20 years (back when it wasn’t called KFC).
Suffice it to say that my meal was disgusting. I should know better than to try to relive my childhood memories.

My palate is totally refined. Mmmmm grease and chicken and potatoes and pizza!
I had fond memories of dipping potato wedges in mashed potatoes and gravy over 10 years ago, so I recently decided to re-​live my potato heaven… and it was excellent. My fellow hotline-​trainees looked at me funny, but what the hell. Potatoes rock.
The biscuits are yum, and the last time I came, I even got some chicken. Gooood stuff, if your stomach can take the oil. I myself am a trained fat-​eater.
Even better, there’s a Pizza Hut too! I happen to adore Pizza Hut’s greasy deep dish pizzas. Fond memories – I’m not kidding.
So…yay for oily meals for under $ 5! And the service is SUPER FRIENDLY – puts a smile on my face. Food comes in a few seconds… not the freshest stuff, but whatever.

I love my fried chicken, and I have been here 3 times now and it is what it is. There is way better fried chicken elsewhere, but this place will fill that void if need be.
It is what you expect from KFC. Decent chicken, decent prices. We had a coupon for a 6 pc chicken w/​4 individual sides and 2 biscuits for 8.99. The extra crispy tasted spicy, i dont know if it is suppose to be that way, but it gave it more kick. We got our food fast and we were starving.
–1 star for having loud diners that needed to talk so loud the so the whole restaurant can hear them even when they were just sitting across from each other in the table.
–1 star for having many dirty tables.
Oh yeah… we have been very thirsty for the whole night and its been 5 hours and we are still thirsty. Is that normal? Is there msg in KFC chicken?
