Came in to get a full sized sim card cut down to fit into a newer phone, and possibly get the new phone unlocked if needed. The very pleasant girl working the counter cut down the card, and discovered that the newer phone was already unlocked. I asked her how much I owed her, and she said no charge! I’ll need a new battery for this new phone soon, but they were out of stock, but I’ll go back and buy it from her. Great experience!

The environment is small, but the selection is large.
Staff is very informative and knowledgable about product info and cellular information besides metro because I received help regarding my iPhone5 on Sprint services and received the answer to a question I’ve been dying to know and no other cell company, not even sprint could help.

Did I also forget to mention that they unlock iPhones. And if your unlucky like me and have sprint they can refer you to someone who can unlock a iPhone5 sprint, lucky me again!
