I’d give them no stars, or negative stars, if I could! Was going to transfer my service over from Assurance and Budget had the best combo of minutes and data available, so I decided to switch. Shoulda paid more attention to the clusterf*ck that was the attempt to sign up. That took three calls and two days. Then the endless wait for the phone(snail mail… altho from reading below, maybe I got lucky there, it was only about 2 weeks to get the phone. However, it was misprogrammed. They were supposed to send me a phone with my old number installed, but they didn’t do that so I’ve got a phone with a bad number and 30, yes I said thirty emails later(you can’t get a live person at Budget to save your life), I’m no closer to a resolution. I’ve been told repeatedly about their outage which is what’s keeping me from activating(now in it’s fourth day… if it exists). I’ve been asked for my personal info no less than 10 times. I can not quite seem to get them to wrap their tiny little brains around the fact that the phone IS activated, but with the wrong number. And tonight, I get two emails telling me my case is resolved!!! On what f*cking planet!!! STAYAWAYFROMTHESEMORONS! YOUWILLLOSEYOURMIND! And if I were closer to Shreveport, there’d probably be blood spilled. What a bunch of useless peckerheads they are, from top to bottom. STAYAWAY! SAVEYOURSANITY! :)

To start, they sent me a nearly unusable phone. When I finally had enough of the aggravation of trying to use the phone, I called customer service. The response I received from them was that the warranty had expired and I would have to send $ 20 for another phone. Money which I can ill afford thus the need to use Budget. Now, the phone is no longer functional. I e-mail them and explain I need a replacement phone and I am willing to pay for it. So far there has been 9 e-mails between them and me, and no where near a resolution. I am now searching for a new carrier. Buyer beware! Not a company you want to do business with! Just sayin.

You’ll get what you need, it just might take a while! Plenty to do around if you have to wait though. Maria keeps order in a place usually filled with questionable people.
