So I’ve been searching for property off and on for the last three years. At the beginning, I was on my own. Then I decided to get with an agent. That agent was very much into getting the sale and not me as a client. I thought that was rude. So I expressed this with a friend that just purchased a multi unit. He had worked with John Huebschwerlen a year ago and had nothing but positive things to say about him.
I gave him a call. He actually answered. He asked me alot of questions to get an idea of what I wanted. Then he gave me a quick bio of himself and I found out that he had been an agent for thirty years. That’s exactly what I needed, a veteran in this market. I then knew that this agent could be the agency I was in need of. We are now in the process of searching for property and he is very thorough. I get a call or an email at least every other day from him telling about properties. I’m very pleased with the efficiency of my agent and definitely will be referring people to him.
