Jaima got two commissions out of selling us one house. But to get there involved four times the work. One property we lost in probate court. The other involved a disclosure dispute the with seller. Jaima was calm, organized, conscientious and supportive. She’s not really one give strong advice or opinion. But look to her as a straightforward, steady, reliable advocate.

Jaima helped us buy a house, then quickly sell our old house in Fall 2012. We had a very aggressive timeline to try to sell our house ASAP and Jaima worked with us to make it happen. From the time the moving trucks showed up at our old house to the time we were in contract with a buyer was less than 4 weeks. She helped us navigate through many difficult and complex decisions, and was patient throughout the whole process. She never pressured us and just has an air of honesty that seems rare in real estate, as well as good judgment and people skills. She was willing to work around our busy schedule, hold the baby as needed, and even helped weed our yard as part of the prep getting our house ready to sell. I highly recommend her for buying or selling your house. And she might even give you some of her great homemade jam :)
