Courteous and negotiable people. Always on time with estimates and alterations were accurate. And my clothes came back cleaned. Even areas I didn’t point out.
There’s a Subway and Razzo’s in the same drive and a Post office in the next block, so parking can be a challenge. Overall great!

At the time I was searching for a dry cleaner in the area, there was only one review for this business. I wish these reviews were in back then. I also had a piece of clothing damaged by this company and I was not pleased with the way they handled it. It’s conveniently located for me, but no thank you. I’m not coming to this business again.

I decided to try this cleaners because it’s closer to my home than the cleaners I’ve been using for years; decided to support a local business. They damaged one of my shirts and, when I brought it to their attention, they had the unmitigated gall to offer me a discount on the repair cost. Let me repeat that: This cleaners damaged my shirt and, rather than apologizing and graciously offering to repair the damage as a matter of principle, ethics, and good customer service, they were going to charge me to repair the damage they did to my shirt and give me a discount on the repair fee. The repair, I kid you NOT, would have required no more than an inch of stitching. This cleaners has a gross lack of ethics and professionalism.
In reality they deserve ZERO stars but, unfortunately, Unilocal requires a rating of at least one star.

All of my shirts now have at least one broken button and one has ink stains that this cleaner ADDED. They will fix their damage for 50¢ each!

i chose this dry cleaner for the obvious reason — the name. hello! it is amazing!
they do a nice job with my clothing and even removed 30 year old stains from some gorgeous vintage dresses i was lucky enough to come across. i have also had them hem several pairs of pants that i liked too much to try to do on my own — and they’ve all turned out just fine.
the woman who works there is generally friendly, although sometimes a little bit strange. but really, who am i to talk?
i like that they use your phone number to put everything into the system, so it’s no big deal if you lose your tag. and i like that there is a parking lot.
my only complaint is that sometimes it seems a little pricey and not that speedy. not like out-​of-​control pricey and slow, but like i could probably get it done faaster and cheaper elsewhere. but i could probably NOT get it done faster and cheaper elsewhere with such a fabulous name.
