The service is sugar coated. They smile in your face & over charge you for cheap furniture. I purchased two metal beds from this location on international. I did some research after buying the beds because something just didn’t add up. I actually called the distributor who they get their beds, furniture from etc. Come to find out they are buying as wholesale & they can charge you whatever they want to charge you. So this is why they don’t have an actual pricing sheet when they quote you a price. The owners and sale reps are very misleading. When one of my bed’s was delivered it only came with the pillow top mattress, but we agreed to a set at the time of the purchase. The distributor of the bed frame stated if a frame has 12 slacks or more for support, then a box spring is not required but, it is an option it the consumer wants it depending on the type of top mattress you buy. I explained to the distributor that I purchased pillow top mattress and they were super plush on both sides. They said the distributor should have told me that over a period of time the mattress will begin going through the slacks & will eventually cause us to purchase another entire bed. Of course they will not tell you that, because they want you to continue to purchase from them. After his delivery men came with something I wasn’t satisfied with, instead of him acknowledging this was not what I wanted, he wanted to argue with the customer about him having to fix the order. No place of business will argue with a paying customer! They tell you one time they are going to deliver & then call you with a different time. If you chose to buy from them, make sure EVERYTHING is in writing on your receipt. This is how I successfully got what I paid for. I had them write everything down on my receipt, so if I needed to take them to court, I wouldn’t have a problem of proving what I expected, especially since the receipts say no refunds at all. Don’t let the smile fool you. One thing I can’t stand, is when you spend your hard earned money somewhere & the retailer is not upfront & honest. Look into the other affordable furniture retailers before stopping here, it will be worth your time.

Prices are super cheap but the beds will break your back. i guess you get what you pay for. They have a good selection of furniture at decent prices, but, just didn’t find what i wanted. but it could be yours!
