I went to Chris for an Evolutionary Astrology reading, which sounded amazing — and it was. I’ve been around astrology for a long time — my mother does readings herself, and I received my first professional reading at 15. (Yep, I’ve run in those circles a long time. And my feet are still on the ground! Go figure.)
While I know a fair amount, I’d never previously experienced either Evolutionary Astrology nor Chris Zydel’s incredible intuitive insights. Her reading was both incredibly validating and helpful in knowing myself better. SO powerful, and Chris is just a gem to be with. Highly recommended — I can’t wait to go back for more!

I cannot recommend Creative Juices Arts enough! For those looking to find a creative retreat where you can let your creative juices flow, Chris Zydel (owner) is the person to help guide you. She has a gentle, intuitive spirit which guides the creative process and helps you to lift the common blocks of expression. I will be going back for more!

I highly, highly recommend Creative Juice Arts painting workshops in Oakland, Calif. Owner Chris Zydel is an amazingly talented and intuitive woman. I recently participated in a weekend retreat with her, and also painted on a Saturday afternoon, and will certainly be a regular in her studio. I didn’t know squat about brushes, palettes, easels, or paper when I started, and I’m pleasantly surprised at how it’s cracked open my creativity and I crave it regularly now. Do yourself the favor and try it – you will not regret it!
