This guy told me $ 180 to program ONE remote for my car. Most DISTURBING of all is I already have the freaking remote. It’s a 2006 Cobalt NOT a 2015 Tesla. Give me a break — such a RIPOFF… why are women overcharged for car repairs…

This guy is super fast and it took him 30 min to arrive. I accidentally locked my keys inside my car on Washington and Sansome downtown. He was nice to negotiate with the price and ended up paying a great deal. If this happens again(hopefully never) with me or my friends, I would call this guy.

It’s a scam. I ended up crying after getting completely taken advantage of. He told me that unlocking my car door was going to cost me $ 189. I don’t have that money and when I told him I didn’t want him to open my door because I couldn’t pay him he got angry. He said I had to pay the service fee anyways for calling him and making him drive out. It was like $ 80 and he told me everyone else charges $ 75. When I said I didn’t have that much, he kept asking me why I called him over and over again. He made me feel really bad and pressured(While he was berating me he was prepping my car door to be unlocked) I really did not mean to waste his time. I ended up giving him my credit card not knowing what else to do. He took photos of it a long with my I.D. I really wish I hadn’t given it to him. When I was searching for how much it should have cost me I found this on the BBB’s website: I’ve decided to file a complaint against their company, however they don’t have a exact business name, the charge on my credit card says Emergency Locksmith San Mateo. I found a Bay Pro Locksmith located in SF, that is not the same business or at least does not have the same business information listed. I created my complaint by personally entering their information that was listed on their website. I recommend if you have been scammed by this company, report their business to the Better Business Bureaus.

Chris G and JZ must work for this company, because that is the only explanation for any positive review. These people are scammers – DONOTUSETHEM! The locksmith who showed up not only did terrible work, but then CHARGEDOVER $ 400ONMYCREDITCARDWITHOUTAUTHORIZATION. The work took 20 minutes, he installed the wrong kind of doorknob, then charged my credit card even though I specifically told him not to do so until we got the pricing worked out. «Management» has been non-responsive to my calls and emails. This company should be put out of business.

I am horrifically shocked with the service I received from this«locksmith». Was late, quoted a price that was half of what I was charged, unprofessional, and beyond all else, RUDE. I tried to contact a manager the following day to politely discuss, and received even worse customer service. He was the worst part of this experience and I am in disbelief of how rude one person can be for now reason. DONOUSE under any circumstance.

DONOTCALLTHISLOCKSMITHUNDERANYCIRCUMSTANCES. He will overcharge you(I paid $ 600!!!) and lie to you about who he’s working for(he told me was with SBS24⁄7 locksmith services). He’s a slob, unfriendly, and a total scam artist.
