Patients First Medical Care

Dr. Marin is not only experienced but he is knowledgeable about modern medicine. Through ear infections, broken bones, respiratory problems, strep throat and infected piercings, I have always been properly diagnosed, treated and medicated. He properly referred my mother to other excellent physicians through her cancer treatments. Respecting that there is a specific sequence in medical offices and hospitals of when appointments and walk-​in patients must be treated according to severity, I have always been treated in a timely fashion. Dr. Marin is the best in his field.

My father and I had an appointment set for 6:00 PM. We got there at 5:30 to fill out forms (new doctor due to insurance changes). We didn’t get seen until close to 7:00 PM! And the lady at the front was a rude, sarcastic, and condescending clown.
Although while we were finally seen, it took not too long at all, it shouldn’t take two hours to have a routine checkup and physical!
If you do go here, try to see Dr. Zhang though. She’s great!

I chose this office because they take my husband’s union insurance and it is close to home. Dr. Marin is an expert in his field, with a good personality. Dr. Zhang has a great bedside manner, communicative and helpful.
Dr. Gaysynsky, however, is a very different story. Very cold, rude, disrespectful and dismissive. He is emotionless and cares nothing about communicating with his patients on a human level. This man should not be in the medical field. He belongs in a financial or tech career where having that lack of personality or compassion is normal, having no interaction with people.
I left there today feeling disgusted, ignored and angry.
I will make sure my appt is with Dr. Zhang next time.
I am in the nursing field and told Dr. Gaysynsky that I would never treat my patients the way he treated me, that he had a horrible bedside manner and needed to work on his people skills. He didn’t care, just ignored me. Isn’t that disgusting?
