My go to beauty supply store. Always helpful and carry almost everything I need. And if it’s not there, they will explain why or when it will be arriving.

They seem to have pretty good pricing and it’s really convenient off the LIE, but the prime reason I’m reviewing is the staff. The girls working there are super friendly and accommodating… Basically, beautiful women + hair products = good times for all.
The four stars rather than five is only because I don’t buy a ton of stuff there so i can’t comment on their entire inventory.

I finally came here after checking a few other stores in the area for a hair treatment that I needed yet couldn’t find. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a girl at the counter. The store only has 2 aisle but they had exactly what I needed. I grabbed it off the counter and went to the checkout where I was greeted by another nice young lady that rang me up. Both of these girls were absolute sweethearts with a great sense of customer service. They were super friendly and were also listening to some pretty kick ass music when I walked into the store.
The product was sold at a great price, nearly half the price as Target for example for the same exact item, same brand too. At that price I decided to get two boxes. While I was there I also overheard one of the girls assisting another customer with a makeup purchase. She was really knowledgeable and helpful to guide her to make the right choice without playing the pushy salesperson type. I really respect that.
The do accept credit cards but are on an older system that uses the phone line for the transaction. It may cause a slight delay if someone is on the line but nothing major. At least they accept them, a lot of smaller stores like this still don’t.
Parking is a bit tough on the street but there is a small lot out back. Ignore the signs saying it’s a private lot and you will be towed, as long as you are a customer to one of the stores located around front they will not tow you. Now that I know this place is here and have an idea of what they carry I will definitely be back.

I’m no beauty junkie/​cosmetology person… But I must say this store has everything I could want in a beauty supply store. It’s not the most chic and glam glam atmosphere but there’s plenty of products. Especially in the hair and nail polish department. I’ve been here once where the staff helped me pick out a toner which was wayyyyy cheaper than getting it done at a salon.
Otherwise they’ve got a great selection of nail polishes, especially essie. They usually have the newest season in stock and many many classics for less than retail (8.50). Lots of manicure tools for cheap.

I called to ask a price on an item so I don’t drive there and end up finding out the product I want is more money than what I can find it for online and they told me they cannot give prices over the phone… Umm why not? Are you kidding me? Definitely going somewhere else, this place isn’t worth your time.

It has what im looking for. Color and the supplies needed for at home care. Friendly staff.

I have used them for years and will not go back ever again. Was looking for a ‘cone free gel for wavy hair. A new employee looked and couldn’t recommend anything so he asked the girl at the counter. She handed me a product that would suit my needs. I was unable to read the print since it was miniscule, but anyway, she knew what I wanted. When I got home, with glasses and a magnifying glass I read the third ingredient was Dimethicone. Went back the next day on my lunch hour and was told, sorry, no returns. Just sorry! The package was unopened, their employee misrepresented the product, but Sorry was my answer!!! No, they are the ones that should be sorry. Don’t tell people to buy a product if you not familiar with it. Good store but company policy and customer relations are nonexistent. I am disputing this charge and will not pay it. Never again!

This is a great place to go for all your beauty supply needs. They have a variety of items from hair stuff to nail polish… including brands you won’t find at your local drug store. The prices are reasonable and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
