This campsite met all of my expectations of a KOA and my needs. They had a super nice single bathroom — but I took my shower late and all of the hot water was gone(so get in early or shower in the larger bath). My only complaint is out site was next to standing water so it was super buggy.

ugh, awful! the office closes early at the ridiculous hour of 6pm(?!) so we were unable to check in in person, purchase ice, food, supplies, etc. It’s expensive: over $ 42 for a basic site with no amenities. Also, the camp is very dimly lit, so it is very difficult to find a site. The noise from the highway is insane and the internet connection is glacially slow and disconnects constantly… avoid this campsite, it’s terrible!

I had reservations at this KOA for one night on a cross country road trip. After experiencing terrible car trouble on the road, I called to cancel my reservation. I was told I would be charged the $ 10 cancellation fee. Fortunately, the mechanic was able to fix it, and I was again on my way. I immediately called to notify them I would be able to make it. Carol, the woman on the phone said she didn’t know how to use the $ 10 on the new reservation, but«Donna» would. So I had to pay the full price again, with the promise that the other staff member would refund my money. I called a total of 3 times looking for«Donna», but she was mysteriously unable to come to the phone. Each time I called I had to give my number again with the promise of «Donna» calling me back. In the end, Carol just said she didn’t know how, so I could not get my money back. What kind of business charges their customers extra money because they don’t know how to use their computer program?! I would not recommend this KOA due to their lack of professionalism and their practice of overcharging. *Addendum: After emailing manager, Donna, this post my money has been refunded.
