We called to get an estimate to have a second bathroom installed for our 99 year old uncle who was coming to live with us. Terry came out and we showed what we wanted. He said he would go back to the office and work up an estimate. We didn’t hear anything, so I called a few days later, and his wife said he would call us back. That was months ago. We would at least have appreciated a call saying he didn’t want the job. Very disappointed in his lack of professionalism.

Had to get my mothers kitchen redone in Modesto and Kristen, her dad and staff were great at explaining, communicating and coordinating the entire job. Would totally recommend them if you need a remodel.

Called 2 days ago and spoke to Nathan and explained that we were thinking bout putting in a farmhouse sink and if that could be done since we already have granite counter tops. He said Kristin was on another line and would be off shortly but he would have her call me back and answer those questions. I left my message about 3:20p that afternoon and as I write this review there still has not been a return call.
If they can’t return calls to obtain business then their follow through once they get the business may not be reliable either. Be careful!!!

After getting quotes for a granite countertop from 3 stores in Modesto we decided to stop in at Kitchen and Bath Direct in Oakdale. We had seen their business on our way to Black Oak Casino. We got an estimate about $ 1000 less. We decided to have them install it and were surprised at the wonderful job that the installers did. Thanks to Terry the owner and his employees Kristen and Brandi for all their help. Glad we were able to do business with a local business. Would recommend them to anyone wanting to do have a job done with a local business. Richard and Mary Cash.
