Sandwiches were fresh. Staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. I have no complaints and will come back when I am craving crab and roast beef! Keep it up

The wait is way too long and the process for ordering by writing the ingredients on a paper bag is just strange as hell.

This is the ultimate sandwich place. The first time I went I fell madly in love. The customer service is great here. I could really go on and on about how much I love this place but there’s no need. I recommend everybody to stop by this place and try out anything they offer here. And don’t forget the house chips they’re amazing.

Best sandwiches ever! My sandwich ever time turns out good. The opinions are limitless and I love trying something new every time. You do wait a bit but it is so worth it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You have to order a shake because they are the best!

We ordered about 25 sandwiches and sides for a Friday lunch at work. The order came in perfect, names on every sandwich which is a very big help and on the sides too! Everyone loved the food! We will be ordering again! Love the variety!

Very consistant and high quality subs. Never had a problem here and it is very quick and easy to order.

Just plain bad. The attempt at being different is certainly there. But it just isnt good. Im far from a cook, so if you give me a paper bag with options and have me create a sandwich… most likely it will turn out bad — that is the case with most people. Just have someone make up recipes for 20 some sandwiches and sell them. Keep it simple.

Great sandwich place. I had a veggie with artichoke sandwich and it was great. The house chips were pretty good to.

I’ve tried the Turkey Reuben and varieties of the Grinders and have really enjoyed everything so far. The sandwiches are way bigger than I expected(2 people can definitely share the large size), and all of the ingredients taste fresh. I would definitely choose Which Wich over Subway or Jimmy John’s. The only downside for me is that the Oak Brook location is somewhat inconveniently located in a busy strip mall that doesn’t have much parking, but they make one tasty sandwich.

Wow. Freaky slow should be their motto. Ordered two sandwiches. They were handled like they were from different orders. They were ready five minutes apart. Sandwichs were good, but wait is just intolerable. I was not the only patron expressing dismay. Took forever. Interesting concept where the customer fills out the order on the sandwich bag but it just doesn’t work as applied. Keep the bags but have the order taker cashier fill them out. Much faster then the lingering crowd standing around. Pot belly, subway, Jimmy John’s all use an assembly line because it’s fast. Which wich doesn’t and it shows.

I had high hopes, but cold meat on a hot sandwich never feels good in your mouth. I’ll stick with firehouse subs for my «premium» warm subs from now on.

Good food. A little confusing on how it works at first but one of the guys behind the counter examined it well. Seems simple but take a little more work than you would expect. All in all pretty good sandwich though. Price was a little high too.

My new favorite sandwich chain! When you order, it’s like taking a test, only instead of getting a grade, you get a sandwich. You fill out the bubbles on a sheet — just like a standardized test. A 7″ will be about equivalent to a footlong at Subway depending on the amount of toppings that you get. I ordered a 10.5″ and it was too much food — but delicious. So it may look expensive because a 10.5″ is 9 bucks, but really a 7″ is $ 6.50 which is roughly a premium sub at subway. You get lots of meat and lots of toppings and good bread. They don’t charge extra for a lot of good toppings like coleslaw or hummus.

I use to love this place. Now I am loving it less. Used the bath room and no soap. No one greeted me when I walked in. Long store with only two garbage cans. Really it needs three. I am going to leave my trash on the table when I leave. I am annoyed just sitting here thinking about the fact I had to pee then eat my sandwich without being able to use soap.

Can be confusing at first but there is always someone to guide you through and show you the ordering procedure. It’s a checklist of toppings. You order your way and if you want it your way then that’s how you get it. So if you check a topping that doesn’t work out to your liking then it’s all on you. But it does work to your advantage of you get it right. Experiment with the toppings on your choice of protein. The place is well liked and can get busy for lunch crowd. But worth the time. Great place a and great staff.

I really like this place but the prices are high, the owner is a grump and it takes them forever to make a sandwich. I would rather go to a sit down restaurant for the price and time it takes. Not fast food.

You have to be extremely disciplined to order a sandwich from Which Wich. The bag alone sent my ADD into overdrive. I can’t even tell you what I ordered, but I do love that there are so many free options for your sandwich. I’m so use to most things being an upcharge, but you can pile your buns high with cheese, oils, veggies, sauces, seasonings, more veggies, carmelized onions(WHAT?!), mayo, more veggies. Your options are limitless. I’m also a big fan of warm sandwiches, and you can make that your at Which Wich. Their chips are good, a little too vinegar-y for my taste but a nice change from the typical bag o’chips. It may take a little longer than Subway or Jimmy johns but your sandwich will be satisfying… just choose wisely.

This place has the potential to be something great but misses the mark. Not sure if they advertise being fast food but if you only have a certain amount of time off during your lunch hour, I would suggest going somewhere else or ordering online. 4 staff members were working and only one person was making the food. Some customers had to wait 30 – 35 minutes to get their one sandwich. Waste of my time!

I am sooooo glad we decided to try this place. We’ve been seeing it for awhile since we’re at Einstein’s for bagels almost every weekend but I don’t think we ever would’ve gone in there had it not been for my coworker’s recommendation. I’m not a huge sandwich person. She explained the concept of writing on the bag so we were prepared for that going on. What shocked me were the multitude of options! I about dropped dead when I saw there was a Caprese sandwich! That’s what I ordered, without hesitation. When I took the first bite, all I could think of was how reminiscent it was of my beloved Earl of Sandwich! I have stated in my review for that, I have to travel either to Disney World or through an airport that has one since there aren’t any anywhere close to Chicago but I think this will fill the void! I think that’s what excited me more than anything. I got it toasted with basalmic vinegar added… mmmmmmmmm. It was so amazingly delicious. We’ve been twice so far and we’ve both ordered the same thing both times. I will likely stick to my caprese obsession but I’m sure the husband will order various things. His sandwich of choice so far has been the shrimp po boy. I’m allergic to shellfish so I won’t be anywhere near that one.
