What a horrible experience I had here. DONT EXPECT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE!!! The guy who works here is extremely rude and doesn’t know what he’s doing!!! We asked him for a coffee with Splenda and just to be sure after we got the cup we confirmed of Splenda being added. THIS FOOL SAYS ISNT THAT SUGAR AS WELL ARENT THEY THE SAME THING? I wanted to jump over and smack his head. I told him this was for a diabetic and he started rolling his EYES! Can you guys believe this immature worker? He’s very rude and he doesn’t deserve this job! DUNKIN DONUTS REMOVE this careless worker please!

I honestly swing by here nearly everyday before work. It’s an easy in and out through the drive thru (although the lot is a different story). They’re always quick and courteous and let me get on my way. Also, it’s Dunkin so it’s meant to be as efficient as possible and that’s fine by me. I’m only paying $ 2 for coffee so there’s isn’t a lot of room for complaints.

They had my previous review (and photos) deleted, says so much for what they are trying to hide!
Once again: The workers are all skimpy and greedy punjabis who are also rude and will give you any excuse as to why they cannot accept your coupon or survey code receipt. They often mail me coupons SPECIFIC to their location in the «Money Mailer» packs and they when I tried to use them there they told me that the coupons weren’t for that location even tho they had the same address and everything
They will serve you stale donuts that should have been thrown out day (s) before & they will fill the cup up completely with ice before pouring in the 6OZ of iced coffee that they call a «large»

My first time here a sweet woman gave me a gift card she found with $ 3 on it so I am paying it forward with a good review for this location. I grew up in Pittsburgh. This place reminds me of home, it’s that simple. I’ve come here 1 – 2 times for the last 3 days and haven’t had any issues other than an overdone muffin. The man working tonight recommend a thermos, told me my drink would be cheaper when I use it next time and was a delight. The parking lot isn’t the best so be careful and the drive-​through is kinda scary at night but it’s so old school and it made me happy this week while visiting. Thank you Dunkin.

Terrible location. It should be re-​named «Donuts to Die For» because you are taking your life in your hands getting in and out of this location. Not worth it.

Absolutely hate this location. The workers take forever to get your order and they always mess something up. What should be a quick run takes 10 minutes because the idiots that work here are goofing off instead of doing what they are getting paid to do. Then the way the drive thru is set up you are basically trapped in line and can’t get out until they decide to do some actual work. This place is a fuckin joke and will not be getting my money again.

Always takes FOREVER in the drive thru and once you get in there’s no way out. They’re always out of half of their products or something is broken. 7 out of 10 times my coffee is burnt. Also, I get cream, no sugar, in my coffee. I repeat this at least twice and every time they still put the sugar in. Going to the new DD across town from now on since I live in the middle of the two.

Worst service I work nites went there and I waited for 20minutes for a cup of coffee when I got to the window the guy stated I’m just a baker. He went on to say that the store location don’t want to hire more staff. Again cause I live so close to this location went there in the evening oh boy why did I do that me and my kids waited for about 45 min for smoothie and ice cream cone WOW. So I decided never go back again to DD again at that location.

This is the only DD anywhere close to my work, so in order to satisfy my DD cravings I’ve had no choice but to go to this one on occasion. If there were another one anywhere else close, I would drive out of my way to go there, because this DD service is HORRIBLE! I may have gotten good service 1 out of the 12 times I have been there. This is a busy location, and there’s not another one close, so they need to step it up.
Today, on my way to work I stopped for a simple breakfast sandwich. Went through the drive through, when I got to the window they told me to pull forward and wait for my sandwich «and don’t leave.» After I had already paid. Pulled forward, of course I am blocking everyone else in the drive through from pulling out. So, after 5 min, and two people behind me trying to get out, and yelling, I wait for a clear moment on Roosevelt (not an easy feat) and pull around to the entrance side… Wait another 10 min or so… Still nothing. When I finally got out of my car and went inside with the receipt, the guy who told me to pull up was no where to be found, and my sandwich hadn’t even been started! Of course I was late to work. Didn’t get anything but a mumbled apology. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

Frank, the manager, takes a drink order from each person in the same group and then goes and makes it before taking the next drink order. Very inefficient and frustrating ordering process.

Don’t expect good customer service at this place. We’ve gone a few times and it’s been lacking. Today i finally decided to write a Unilocal review because it was worse than the other times. My hubby went to get the $ 1.31 scoop ice cream they’re promoting at the Baskin Robbins connected to it. Well, he was charged full price! I called in and the guy who answered was annoyed when I asked him. Then he claimed to have asked a Manager about it and was told it was only for the kid’s scoops. Ummm… the promotion is very clear that it is for all scoops. They need to stand behind their promotions.

I actually pass 4 Dunkin’s on my way to work, however I always choose this one. The previous reviews are correct. The lot is tiny and you shouldn’t even attempt to turn left here. I did witness someone almost create a 4 car pile-​up yesterday. She was attempting a left turn, but the oncoming traffic was going faster than she thought. It was pretty scary and I can’t say that DD coffee is worth dying over.
I can’t speak for the donuts or the food, but the coffee is pretty good. Of all the coffees I’ve ever ordered, they’re usually made perfect.
There’s also a Baskin Robbins attached, so you can get a scoop of ice cream as well.

And grab the plain bagel with cream cheese this morning for under two dollars. It was actually pretty good bagel and they made it fast so I can get in before work started early. How was satisfied with their fast service so that I was in late to work and tasted good and got me full. I’m not that big of a fan of their coffee but I’m sure other people are and give them every star because it’s an average breakfast place just a fast food chain

One star minus for very tight space and parking as well as drive thru. Service pretty fast but I’ve seen faster. Love along side the Baskin Robbins as well. Food is a hit or minus but donut selection as well as the other pastries is decent. Drinks are good but as usual if you go late at night expect stale bagels and weak coffee. All in all a step from typical Dunkin donuts but I’ve see better.

This DD location definitely exceeded my expectations. Worth stopping by even during the morning rush, the fast and friendly staff took care of my order with courtesy and accuracy even with a line. Made for a great experience.

Location and parking are highly unpleasant. Located off the busy intersection and very tight parking lot. I love dunkin donuts but the service here is a bit slow and for some reason the coffee tastes mediocre as if there was no passion or effort made.

I am a frequent visitor to this Dunkin Donuts, mainly because it is the only one near my work. The location is not ideal because the parking lot is tiny, and in the morning it is jam packed and sometimes backs up on to Roosevelt Rd!
As for the service — they always have a GREAT morning crew, the drive-​thru line moves fast and my order has always been right. However, the afternoon crew is a different story, ⁹⁄₁₀ my order is wrong. If I say light cream, my coffee is practically white, if I say no cream they still put cream in it!
They really need to add another location in an area that is filled with so many office buildings!

Yikes. Lot of negative reviews on this DD. Welp, this is my new DD now that I have a job in the area, and I’ve hit it up every day for the past two weeks. Unlike the other reviewers, they’ve never gotten my order wrong and they’re surprisingly fast for the morning rush. I mean I get a bagel with cream cheese, toasted, and a latte, and it’s ready when I get to the window. And unlike the DD I used to go to in Elgin, They don’t put the whole tub of cream cheese or cut it in half like they’ve never used a knife. Also, they’re always really nice.
So why only 3 stars? Because the location itself sucks. In the morning, the line is really long. I’m in and out within 5 minutes, so they do a good job of moving it along, but here’s the problem: It’s right off a very busy Roosevelt Rd. So if the line is long, it goes out into the street. There have been times I’m a sitting duck on Roosevelt, trying to inch up the driveway so I don’t hold up traffic. Not cool.
Also, the parking lot is way tight. Do not attempt to park if you’re not a Chicagoan and can’t do crazy maneuvers with your car like we’re all accustomed to doing. It is tight. If you back out, you have to make sure not to hit the cars in the drive thru. Also, one time my order wasn’t ready right away so they told me to pull into the parking lot. You’re kidding, right? There’s no lot on the exit side of the drive thru, meaning I would have to somehow make a left into oncoming traffic. Yeah. No. I was about to back up and tell the woman «never mind» but then a car was coming through the drive thru. Luckily, the guy came out with my order and he was looking for me in the parking lot when I waved him down. I told him I didn’t know how I would get over there. That’s dangerous in my opinion. So yeah, don’t order anything that will take a while if you’re in the drive thru.
I’ll still be coming here and hoping for the best, but service has been pretty good so far. I haven’t had the bad experiences others had.

Ok, so you can say I’m a regular at this place. ;) I just have to say that lately the service has been crappy. The ladies give you attitude, you have to ask for your receipt and then you get the death stare. I’m sick of it.
Sometimes when I order, they tell me to pull up to the front and someone will bring me my food. Well, that makes no sense considering that I’m going to hold up the line regardless and I’m going to get honked at which in turn is going to make me go ballistic on the person who brings out my food. So, just let people stay at the window, give them their shiz and be done with it.
Also, when I ask for a vanilla long john and then realize it’s a chocolate one when I get to work… not cool. That just ruins my day! So please people, get it together!
