I’m not picking on this store in particular, but rather their online store. That’s why I’m giving them a good rating. The Oakbrook store itself is very nice and the store associates are very courteous and helpful.
Here’s my beef:
I ordered a couch on August 26, 2010. It has yet to arrive
I’ve called customer service who gave me a phone number to a 3^rd party delivery service and all I can get out of these people is it will arrive before September 17^th!
Holy smokes! Good thing I have a chair to sit on while I wait for this thing to arrive.
I’ve never bought anything online and have waited 3 weeks or could even be longer for delivery. This is terrible.
