I’ve had to come here twice in the last couple of months and both times the doctor was extremely helpful. He prescribed just the right amount of medicine, and I felt better both times within 24 hours.

The facility was very nice and clean, the girl in the front desk named Daisy was very helpful and nice very attentive, and didn’t take long at all to get seen. Of course you have to fill out paper work, very detailed, due to the fact they want to get to know you and give you the best care possible Dr. Khan was very personable, felt better the very next day. I’m glad they opened up an immediate care in Oak Park.

I went on a Sunday and was taken in to see the doctor within an hour, faster than most places. The staff was nice and doctor was very friendly. He took his time to ask important questions and listened to me explain my symptoms. They gave me an effective treatment, which a lot of places I’ve been to lack. They also had some various free health samples. Not too many patients, so service was swift. I’ll be coming back here for sure. I used to go to Loyola Immediate Care in River Forest and once waited 4 hours for them to send me home with nothing.

Stay away from this facility. I went during clearly posted evening hours and it was closed. This was three hours before the posted closing time. I called standing outside the locked door. No answer. Went back the next morning, filled out pages of forms, put me in a room, told the doctor wasn’t there yet. Asked 30 min later. Said doctor wasn’t there, yet. Asked an hour into the wait – said the doctor wasn’t there yet. No other explanation. My wife went two weeks earlier. They never called her back with results.
I wanted them to succeed because they are convenient. But there is nothing less convenient than waiting and worrying about your health while the professional never shows up. They should not be able to use the word «immediate». Go anywhere else.

Dr Kahn is personable and professional. The facilities are clean and the staff is polite. I was recently seen here and this is literally the best UC I have EVER been to! Also let me mention, I did not have to wait long to be seen.
