I signed up for the free week during Women’s Wellness Week and I couldn’t be any happier! This was beyond a wonderful experience for me! The owner/trainer/instructor, Karen, is: *Motivational *Encouraging *Friendly and welcoming * Inspirational(She practices what she teachers, she looks great!) *The other woman in the group are super friendly *The workouts are fun and challenging *You get to work-out outside!(Love that!) *Offers a nutritional plan *Offers make up classes if one has to be cancelled *Classes scheduled early in the morning(great way to get your day started!) I definitely recommend taking her classes if you are beginner/intermediate/or advanced. She will accommodate all levels of fitness. Just remember to bring a towel, water bottle, and an exercise mat!
