The guy who calls himself the «manager» Curt at the Michaels in Oak Park Heights is a complete asshole. He refused to help my mom and when she told him about a sale item online, that couldn’t be ordered online he replied «well I guess you aren’t going to be getting them then huh?» This guy needs a reality check in customer service or maybe a kick to unemployment status.
