Most unprofessional doctor’s office I have ever see and that is saying a lot. Patients beware! Don’t fall for the medals, articles, and newspapers clippings litter every wall space available. Every appointment and surgery date we waited for the doctor to arrive 3 to 4 hours! Oh and if you need paperwork filled out for work benefits FORGET IT!!! Worst ever! One star is way to many to give…

I wish I could give 0 stars. This has nothing to do with the quality of the doctor (whom I never saw), it has to do with the disorganization of the business, and hence my major frustration. I made an appointment online through ZocDoc and got there at the scheduled time, only to find out they had no record of the appointment, AND they didn’t take my insurance (which they would have seen had they checked my appointment). What a waste of a 45min car drive and a vacation day. They told me they were training new people and that’s why they didn’t know about my appointment. I guess whenever a business hires new people they’re allowed to be incompetent and waste everyone’s time.
