Starbucks

This is my favorite location of all of them on that side of Oak Lawn. Service seems fine and location is clean. If you can look past all the Macbooks, it is a nice place.

Love the staff here. Whenever I go South– this is the spot!!!

This is the best Starbucks in the area. Very fast drive thru lane– great overall service!

This Starbucks seems a bit unorganized. The staff is unfriendly and the drinks, on occasion, have taken an extremely long time to be made. The other day I informed the barista that there was no toilet paper in the bathroom and she just shrugged it off. I sat for about an hour and no one ever put toilet paper in the there. I’m not sure if she just thought I was telling her for no reason but I actually had to go to the bathroom. So I took some toilet paper out of the men’s and sufficed. The staff is clearly unaware that the customers are their #1 priority.

I love starbucks. Hands down amazing coffee. But for this location I’d have to give two stars. One thing the staff deff needs to be friendlier, never are upbeat and seem to care about the customers. The worst part is the wait the other day I sat in the drive thru for 25 min and the lady at the window rushed almost forgetting to give me car back barely said hi just handed my drinks and said have a nice day. Two trucks that were in the drive thru were big enough to go over the curb to leave so they did. I would have too if I was able. That’s a ridiculous wait time. Needs to be fixed.

This is the third time I’ve been to the Starbucks since it opened. Each time I’ve had to wait over 10 minutes for my drink. There are three other Starbucks in the area. Hopefully they will get their act together.

I like this location they always seem to get my drink selection correct and the staff is always friendly. The only thing weird that I have never experienced from this location was when I went through the drive thru and asked the window staff person could they please dispose of my old Starbucks cup that I had finished she informed me that per the store policy they could not throw cups away even if it is their cup. Not sure if that is true or not because I have asked other locations to do the same thing in the drive through line and they didn’t have a problem so maybe she just didn’t want to go out of her way my disposing my old Starbucks cup or maybe it is policy and every other location just didn’t find it a problem to dispose of my cup. She said but if I was to bring the cup inside myself I could throw it away in the same garbage can, go figure.

This is the best Starbucks in the area. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the drinks are always great. Don’t even think of going to the Starbucks at a 103^rd and Cicero this one is much better

Ok so when I go into a coffee shop I expect the counter to be maintained in a manor that is geared towards the customer. Coffee shops should be maintained by bubbly and friendly people who put customer service on the same level of product quality as the beverages served. I don’t, however, expect to be told to wait when there is NOTHING going on and only 1 customer in the drive thru. The grisly, downtrodden woman returned several minutes later, with the drive thru baristas completely ignoring us as well, to take our order. I don’t appreciate laziness on slow hours, it shows a poor work ethic. The drinks tasted the same as always, I’m not a frequent Starbucks customer, I prefer plain black coffee, which appears to be the most difficult item to order from this place… I’ll be back at the one a few blocks down on 103^rd and cicero.

Newly opened, much more seating than other OL locations. It’s also a lot easier to park and get out to Cicero!
