I waited an hour and then walked out. They double book appointments and don’t value anyone’s time. Every year this happens to me where I end up waiting forever here but I decided to not put up with it anymore. Don’t see a Dr who doesn’t value your time, doesn’t keep scheduled appointments or warn you they’re running behind.

I went for a walk-​in appointment early morning on a weekday. They were able to take me after a short wait. (If you do this on a weekend when they are busier, expect a long wait.) I was able to capitalize on a buy one get one free special on frames, plus free tinting and polarizing which enabled me to get free prescription sunglasses. (I used a regular style of frames with tinted, polarized lenses for my sunglasses rather than a «sporty» style of frames. Otherwise, it would have been full price.) Salespeople friendly and helpful. Office is clean and well-​organized. Doctor is friendly and knowledgeable. I had zero issues.
