The customer service there is great, and their selection of glasses is great. They have mens and women glasses on opposite sides of the store. The buy one get one free offer is very much worth it.
It really surprises me to see anyone say anything bad about their customer service, especially when I went just recently, I had great customer service when looking around, and afterwards when I got fitted. Their staff was very professional and courteous. I don’t know if I could have gotten my glasses cheaper elsewhere, but I did not feel I was ripped off. I just don’t have time to go shop around at smaller or larger optimists.

Need lots of improvement. Very much over priced to the point of rip-​off! My glasses had to be adjusted about 6 times. Never adjusted properly the 1st time.

I haven’t decided yet which location is worse, Orland Mall or Ridge Mall. I have, however, decided that Vision Works is poorly managed, has AWFUL customer service, lacks cleanliness and the staff is absolutely improperly trained.
Here’s the positive: the female doctor in Chicago Ridge is very nice and patient.
I don’t understand how some of the staff at both locations are so miserable. Is it management, is it the work, is it because you have to tend to and acknowledge customers because that’s your job? Hmm…

This guys are awesome, they know what they are doing. its worth the drive and wait to get service. the staff there take their job seriously and are professional and go out of their way to service you. I have been to other places and these guys are outstanding.
