I stopped in because my little needed food before therapy and we didn’t have time to go home and get a healthier option. I’m so disappointed. I ordered him some chicken nuggets and I bought myself a large stuffed jalapeño. The cashier was rude and snapped at me when I checked to make sure it was all there. I’m sorry but it’s busy and people do make mistakes. Well I opened the nuggets to feed my child they were cold and there were pools of dark brown grease And they tasted like old burnt grease. Then I opened my jalapeños and in a large I had 2 pieces. It’s all there ok. I don’t know what was worse the food or the service.

First impressions were good! I had a coupon for the new double Jack burger free, no charge, gratis. So I ordered seasoned curly fries and a medium drink and was charged $ 5.69! I thought this was an extremely high price when you consider there was no charge for the burger. Seems Jack is really proud of their new coke machines and curly fries. If I had paid for that burger, my total would have been over $ 11.00 for a fast food lunch! This is fast food at sit down restaurant prices! I do like that my burger was cooked to order however, my fries were scooped up into a cup and sat in the«out» tray getting cold the entire time that they cooked my burger! Yes, after sitting out 5 minutes they were not hot or very good when served at room temperature. When my number was finally called, I had to request my soft drink cup and wait in line at the single serve coke machine while my food got even colder. Needless to say not impressive enough especially at these prices to return to this or any other Jack in the box! By the way that new double Jack burger was not warm enough to melt the cheese, patties dry as toast and overall, I saw the entire lunch experience as a poor value and will ignore future coupon deals from this place.

There was no one at the counter, got my order wrong 3 successive times and Manager was rude and confrontational when I brought it to her attention. Worst part was the fries, they were scraped from the bottom of the drain bin, had burnt and dirty scraps mixed in. Manager refused to let a worker serve me a new clean order! As the worker was trying to hand them to me she grabbed him and violently pushed him out of the way yelling at him for trying to do his job. Unreal! They have a real problem there! Apparently it depends on how you look what treatment you get there!

I took the drive thru around 10:30 — 11:00 on a Sunday morning. There was a line of cars and seemed to take a while to reach the window but once there my order was ready, hot and fresh! There fore, I don’t think the long wait was due to employees but some one with a large order who should have gone inside.

The service is terrible. Daughter can’t dtink orange juice thst is offered with meal due to diabetes. We’ve always been able to trade juice for soda. This time we were told that wr had to pay an additional 25cents. Lobby was dirty. Restroom dirty not stocked and employees were not friendly. We are asked to talk to the manager and cadhier got rude manager had same nasty attitude. Won’t be returning.

Im sorry to say, but I no longer frequent this Jack in the Box. Ive lived in Oak Harbor for years, and ate here frequently. Moved away and was excited to come back and have Jack in the Box. The last 3 or 4 times, the service was good(friendly, quick) but the food was just AWFUL! The churros were so greasy, I could smell the grease the whole way home and it was making me ill. My chicken burger bun was scorched on the top, as if it sat under a heat lamp for a day. Chicken patty was rancid tasting. Curly fries were so greasy I couldnt enjoy them, and I am willing to take a little bit of grease with my fast food but it was just sickening. I just dont go here anymore, sorry!

I worked here many years ago, my brother worked there, I still have friends who work there … even so, I’ll try not to be biased. I don’t know everyone who works there, and I have had bad service here, but it’s extremely rare. 99% of the people who work there work very hard to do their jobs efficiently and with a smile. The food is never staged for longer than a minute or two, it’s always hot and fresh. If you like JIB, this is a good one.

First off, the people who work here are very very nice. Secondly, I know that it’s company policy to make everything fresh as it gets ordered and nothing is made ahead of time. I LOVE that. With that being said, I know it usually takes a minute to get your order made and out to you. I came at about 3:30 pm on a Saturday and there was no one in the line in front of me. I waited a pretty long time for my order. I don’t know if this is a normal occurance for this location but it’s not the only reason they are getting a 4 star instead of a 5. I also asked for their creamy Italian on the side and they put it on one of the sandwiches I ordered. This greatly annoyed me for two reasons: one, I asked for it on the side, two, I told them I wasn’t sure if it’s what he wanted to common sense would have reinforced, «hey, put this on the side just in case». And third reason they didn’t get a 5 star? They made my chicken fajita pita really weird. It’s wasn’t messy or anything, but they kind of laid the chicken on top rather than putting inside of the pita so I had to take it off and rotate between taking a bite of the pita with veggies and a bite of the chicken. It still tasted good and all… it was just kind of weird. I want a chicken fajita pita now though. =)
