Had a gas fireplace problem, hearth and home to the rescue this morning. Milo was punctual, efficient, clean and polite. Wonderful experience and I would recommend them to anyone.

I was required to have the wood stove inspected and cleaned when I moved out of a rental house this past weekend. I booked Hearth & Home. They could get the key from rental mgmt and go out to the house while I was at work, which was convenient. They gave one price for an inspection+cleaning, and then said if it didn’t need cleaning, they’d knock off $ 25. I hadn’t used the wood stove too much, maybe once every week or two in the winters only, but hey, over 3.5 years, maybe that’d build up. And hey, you never know when people will charge you just because they can. I cleaned out the wood stove best I could, and lo and behold, they didn’t charge me for cleaning! It’s so nice to encounter honest people. Thanks, Hearth & Home.
