Café De Lisio is literally a part of any good day I have. On top of their great unique coffees, the girls are simply the best! I have never gone through and gotten my coffee without a wonderful interaction with any of the girls that are working. They are so friendly and it really adds to the experience! They could write the manual for customer service! So, great coffee, great customer service, and you have to love the yummy coffee bean you get with your drink! I love this place!

Best coffee in Oak Harbor! Very friendly service. Love the gummy or coffee bean with your drink and they always give my daughter a sucker. Do yourself a favor and try the white coffee, I am addicted!

This place stands out above all other coffee shops! The espresso is rich and delicious and the staff here are super friendly and always remember your drink which makes the wait time minimal, despite the popularity during base «rush hour.» I love the girls here!
If you are a fan of biscotti, they have the very best, small batch, homemade biscotti; I highly recommend the salted caramel and the pistachio lemon. The chocolate covered espresso bean given with each drink is an extra little bonus!
What makes this shop exceptional are the owners Frank and Marissa. They are two of the nicest people you will ever meet, Marissa is always upbeat and smiling no matter what time of day; she is genuinely that nice of a person and it’s one of the many reasons why their business continues to thrive.

The service here is good and the girls are all super nice, always have a smile and a happy word. The drinks have ranged from great to kind of weak but it all comes down to how you order it. Good coffee with a convenient location just off base.

So this is the place to go if you aren’t a coffee drinker. I am a chai tea girl, and am not afraid to admit it. I had a raging headache one morning and one of the lovely ladies suggested a «dirty chai». What in the world is a dirty chai, you ask? A chai latte with shots of espresso in it, to kill, yes, I said kill, that migraine!!! She completed it with a couple of extra chocolate covered espresso beans (because who doesn’t love those, right?) and handed me a punch card with extra punches… I heart this place!

You haven’t lived if you haven’t tried a drink off of the specialty menu! SO GOOD. They make their blended coffees with ice cream instead of plain ice, make their own whipped cream, and put a chocolate covered espresso bean on top. The gals here are super friendly and very nice! I moved from Oak Harbor, but I have to make a stop whenever I’m in the area just for a blended drink. Nothing compares! They should branch out and open up new locations because it is delicious! I also put in a large order one time when I bought my co-​workers coffee one day and I was very impressed with their service! Needless to say, Café de Lisio is my favorite coffee stand! The service is amazing and they remember you even when you haven’t been there for a good 4 – 5 months (:

Amazing coffee and customer service. All the girls who work here are friendly and remember you and your drink. My favorite is the mount baker batman. Time to time I try something new though since all the coffee is yummy you can’t go wrong. Today was the Ying yang mocha. Marissa wasn’t kidding when she said it would be yummy. My nephew loves coming here since the girls are sweet to him and they give him a gummy with his kids coffee or milk shake. They always makes him feel special.

Love this little spot. I’m not from around here, but when I am visiting Oak Harbor this is my coffee place of choice. Marissa and the girls are so friendly and know how to make good strong coffee. And the chocolate coffee bean is the cherry on top for me. Keep up the great coffee and top service ladies!

Better than espresso connection. I like their coffee and I like the baristas attitudes. Should have made a review awhile ago been going here for a bit now. I love those chocolate covered beans they give you, it adds a nice touch for the customer. They remember my drink and engage you in real conversation. Strongly recommend this to anyone.

The owners, Frank and Marissa are awesome and so friendly. Their locally owned coffee stand provides great service and tasty coffee drinks you can’t get at any of the other coffee stands on the Island. The Reese’s Mount Baker is so yummy, a must have during the summer. Oh and they have or used to have ½ off Fridays every Friday so that is/​was a major plus.

STILL AWESOME DRINKS! They have a double sided list of conncoctions to whet your whistle. They are only place I found to use toddy for their cold coffee drinks. YUM! And lots of SMILES!!!
