Romano’s License Service

Great friendly place, service was fast and easy! I got a title transferred and new plates, I walked out with my new plates and tags.

We bought a car in Missouri, so had to title & plate it ourselves in Illinois. We used Romano’s, and were very glad we did because the Department of Revenue lost our paperwork but somehow got our check just fine (funny how that happens!). We got some scary-​sounding letters in the mail about paying our taxes, so we brought them into Romano’s and Jeff handled it all for us. He had to go up three times before they located our paperwork to tie it to our check, but he kept telling us he would take care of it and not to worry, so we put our trust in him and sure enough he cleared everything up for us!
It’s obvious that the Romano’s team, and Jeff especially, really knows the ins-​and-​outs of everything pertaining to the Secretary of State, and they make you feel very taken care of. You know that if anything happens with your applications, they will help you figure it all out for you.
Sure, they have an extra «fee» on top of the Secretary of State fees, but it’s without a doubt worth it for the extra care they take with your application, plus the friendly customer service!

Staff is amazing. Never go to the DMV again, I definitely won’t!!!
